✨Ingredients: Winter grown cabbage 1kg, salt 1T, doenjang 40g, red pepper powder 2T, perilla oil 2T, raw perilla powder 2T, minced garlic 1T, anchovy fish sauce 1½T, 20 anchovy, 30cm green onion, 1 cheongyang pepper, ½ red pepper, rice water 500ml

📢 Winter grown cabbage Jijim.
1. Trim Winter grown cabbage.
2. Add 1T salt to boiling water and blanch it.
3. Rinse in cold water and squeeze out the water.
4. Chop green onion, cheongyang pepper, and red pepper.
5. Tear winter grown cabbage into long pieces.
6. Trim and fry anchovies.
7. In a pan, put 40g Winter grown cabbage, doenjang, 1T minced garlic, 2T red pepper powder, 2T perilla oil and mix.
8. Add 500ml of anchovy and rice water and boil over high heat.
9. Add 1T of green onion and anchovy fish sauce and bring to a boil.
10. Add 2T raw perilla powder and red pepper and bring to a boil.
