It depends on the specialty you’re looking at…majorly, mentorship courses, how to conduct an appraisal, teaching and coaching, supporting new starters, effective communication, these should get you started
Please i was accepted by a clinic in uk, but i am in nigeria and i have emailed them severally that i am not in uk but they are not replying what should i do
@Faraga Ngatti in other words you are waiting for your Cos?? Is it a NHS clinic?? I saw today in one of these videos, someone was offered a job in Feb but got Cos only TODAY!!!and her TB test expired already...SMH
@@faragangatti2217 Cos is the Certificate of sponsorship, the UK employer gives it you then you can apply for a visa. Look out for a you tuber, Frontline gist (Fray). She works for NHS and she can find out for you why you haven't been offered your cos. Message her on her you tube channel, she will answer you
Thanks, but to clarify i was called for an interview but it's holding in the uk, but I'm in Nigeria and they are not offering any remote means of conducting the interview
