What a fantastic episode, fully worth the wait! It was a great day to watch this, as I was sick with the flu and this was exactly the pick-me-up I needed! Your writing and film work is as superb as ever Andy, in particular the sheer depth and complexity these characters hold. I am very curious as to Robert's machinations, the tension rising amongst the fleet over their qualms with Shaw (particularly between Ben and Rooke) and how Dave is somewhat stoking this fire accidently on purpose, so-to-speak. What intrigues me most however is both the fallout for Shaw over his dangerous incident, and the guilt and pressure that Rod is feeling in the aftermath. The latter in particular really adds a lot more depth to Rod as the young brash member of the fleet that is struggling to keep things civil with all parties and is still learning how his actions, unintentional or otherwise, can have drastic impacts. Shaw as well is especially complex, as you can clearly see and weigh in on both sides of his dilemma. I understand him wanting to get back at Dave, and it is reasonably justified, but to do so on a passenger train, a Pullman special in particular, is very poorly thought out. Alas, or anxieties and fears can often overrule common sense, and I fear that this all came to a head in this incident. As to what happens next I cannot be certain: all that I can be certain of is that I await it with utmost anticipation and excitement! Brilliant work as always Andy, keep it up and don't ever stop being awesome!
Great episode Westward! Looking forward to the conclusion to Shawe’s redemption arc! Crazy to think that someone would do something to a person thinking they would be better off holed up in isolation, but it looks like Shawe is going into something dark…! 😮😟
Let’s see what happens next. And hope Wyvern doesn’t do anymore kidnapping..! 😂😅
Another great episode 👍 I’m nervous for Shawe and the path he’s on. It seemed like he was making progress but now Robert seems to be drawing him further into the shadows than ever. Can’t wait for the next installment
Hopefully he’ll see the error of his ways in the future! Thank you for watching!
Wow. What an episode & a half! Fantastic job as always Andy 👍
I can't wait to see what Robert has planned for Shawe. Although something tells me that it's not going to be good.
Thank you for watching!
We’ll have to wait and see!
I absolutely love this episode something about it just… makes it feel special
Thank you so much for watching! That’s very kind of you!
Another fantastic episode! , Shawe's spiraling desperation to work and prove himself leading him right into Robert's clutches was executed perfectly. The ending only had me more excited to see Robert's plans unfold. He could try to damage his father's reputation like BR did with Mr Stard using Shawe to cause accidents and mishaps all for the sake of the Railway's "Survival".
10:46 That best thing I had to laugh at since "fire in the sky Scottish overdub".
Judging from the titles for the rest of the episodes, I have a bad feeling that this season will not end well for Shawe. If there’s anything that TDRS and RTR taught me, it’s that no engine has plot Armor.
When will Rooke realize what Shawe was actually doing to him?
here's my theory of what's going to happen robert and shaw are going to team up and robert is going to take over the railway
Well maybe!
But it will back fier and who will take the blame
@@SteamingWestwardsProductions this also reminds me of star wars were aniken says he will do anything if you know what I mean
Another fantastic episode Andy. I can’t wait for the next one. Shawe’s current predicament reminds me of Anakin’s fall to the dark side with Robert being Emperor Palpatine. I’m still left wondering what Lord Stovell’s other son Fred is doing In Pennsylvania.
Can't wait to see where this is going 👍
Thank you so much for watching!
@@SteamingWestwardsProductions No Problem 👍🌌
Also another fantastic episode Andy mate I hope you're proud of this one and like all the others it's been an absolute brilliant one. Plus I do hope Lord Stovell finds Shawe.
10:48 Well good thing you'd use the bleeping noise to censor Ben's um words there
Excellent work on this one Andy. For a UA-camr who has been gone for nearly half a year, you still managed to make a perfect episode for ToNW. But since the next episode won’t be out for six months, I’ve now been left wondering if Robert will order Shawe to make Monty look bad to the public similar to how BR got rid of Mr. Stard, if Lord Stovell will W I D E S T O V E L L his way down to where Bradford is being trialed at and show some footage he recorded of Hart attempting to murder Reilly and Mr. Knox sending Gregory to his doom via cameras he installed as part of the partnership between him and Bradford and prove him innocent and Mr. Knox guilty, and if we will ever see Rooke become a pop star and change his name to Rooke Astley.
The 6 months comment was a joke by the way, I’ve got 2 more episodes fully ready to go and the rest are in the process of being written! Thank you for watching!
6:23 - 7:22 I forgot to mention that we NEED a perfect version of this scene without the dialogue. The music is just perfect in this scene with the drums symbolizing Windsor’s courage and militaristic manner and the violins at a low, ominous-like tone representing Shawe’s current situation being stuck as a banking engine. Such a perfect composition right there.
wow, this was dramatic, very intrigued by what's coming next, sounds like its going to be big. Excellent episode.
Thank you for watching! I really hope it lives up to expectations.
Windsor has to be me fave loco and how hes quick to call other engines ''lovely boy'' and when dave drops out i like how hes quick witted to call him a coward
Amazing works as always
come on, Shawe. you're better than that! you're working with the enemy!
(well, as far as I can tell, Robert is a bad guy.)
Wow just wow what a great episode man its jst fucking a loss for words the twists and uncertainties the “plots” and “schemes” whick nearly killed shaw and everyone on the wyvern
Great work i cant wait for the future
Edit: jst seen the last scene fuck sake you know how to make a story those few words are enough for an episode of there own 😂
I’m glad you caught the last scene, propels the story somewhat into the rest of the season! Thank you for your kind words!
Im guessing robert wants to become controller of the railway and shaw is gonna help and betray his friends and stovie
Why's Dave's shed code 96D and not 77C??
Because the year is 1955 and he’s not even been to the Dark Railway at this point, let alone preserved there. 96D is the shed code of New Harlech, the Midland depot on the island.
well wouldnt it have been the shed code for either Bath Green Park or Templecombe? I thought dave was supposed to have been transferred from the S&D
pogo got shawe
Why do I feel like Robert is doing to Shawe what Shawe did to Rooke
I would love to download this map badly
i just know thisll be fun as dark DJ productions recent TDRS epesode were barry had me in stitches when he met rick witch i have a silyl habbit to call rick the [prick] coz it sounds bit funny for me
if anyone is getting sacked its the signaller
P45 in the post.
I see 3 engines who are at fault here 1, Rod, he gave the suggestion to shaw about getting back at Dave and 2, Shaw, he could have chosen to not do it, but no, he went all out on the suggestion and nearly killed himself and could have injured alot of passangers and 3, Dave, he was the one to cause all of this to happen, for not pulling his weight upp the hill and said alot of bad things to Shaw, which caused him to become even more miserable then before.
If bride survive where do you think she would be
There could be plenty of potential places on and off the island I guess. I suppose word would get out about one of the last saints being withdrawn.
Thank you for watching!
Only issue the only good hiding spot in 77c that we know about was destroyed years ago and it can't be reversed. Maybe she's hiding in a siding near. Maybe she's just hidden away far away in the scrapyard Swindon.
My theory is that some certain fat gentlemen saw her at Swindon in her GWR green livery and bought her for use on his railway, since he believes that a locomotive’s original livery is NOT the apparel it should wear to the cutter’s torch and that he wanted a Saint to use on his GWR themed branch line.
YES ADNEH
ARON!
I am worry about Shawe. This is going off the rails.
He’s definitely making a weird path! Thank you for watching!
Oh deer shawe being racist to black fives better call HR boys is it TR because they’re trains?
