Yo your channel is 🔥🔥 perfect I came across this so I can learn there’s a whole bunch of content I’m excited to get to … shoutout to you bro!
Appreciate you RC. Wishing you great success in your training and racing 💪💪💪
Great video 🎉... but what do you think about running with music especially race day ? ... your intro music is my best music for the last km in race tbh !
I run with music a couple times a week, never in a race though. Listening to some music prior to the start of a race is ok too just to keep you relaxed or revved up, wouldn't try to race with tunes in my ears though. Thanks for your support Youssef.
Sir plz suggest vo2 Max workout for 1500m
16x200m w/60sec rest, 10x600m w/90sec to 2 min rest, 20x100m all out with full recovery...keep practicing at paces below goal 1500m race pace to improve lactate tolerance.
I ran 35:12 last month, next 10km should be in the low 34s. Hopefully, ran 1:17:40 for the half yesterday. Last 3kms in 10:14.
GREAT job Paul. You are certainly well on your way to breaking this time barrier. Well done!
In may I ran a 6 mile (9.74 km was the course distance ) in 34.08 - 3.30/km on the nose Average- I regretted not continuing after the line but was totally gassed ! The only prob is I ran a marathon last week - have targeted a 10 km end of month to hopefully get under 35 mins - but half worried the marathon fatigue will be in the legs (ran a 2.54) - what made the difference in the 6 miler was I bridged to the chase pack 1.5 k in and we worked together well - so gonna try that strategy again in a couple weeks :)
You are extremely fit Mark. keep up the superior work. You will definitely break 35 minutes based on your racing performance and high level fitness. Be patient..it is coming. 👊👊👊👊💪
Thanks for the video. it was insightful. The difference between my fastest 2-mile and 5-mile, on a per mile basis, is ~1:07. Do you think my issue is with lactate threshold? What would be the best way to train for a better lactate threshold pace?
GREAT job with your fitness and training Charlie..I think it is a combination of you still needing some more time with your speed and LT training. You speed and hill workouts will definitely help to improve your lactate threshold pace but it is definitely painful and doesn't occur overnight so be patient with yourself. You are doing great!
Never tried an actual 10k but improved the 8k down to 28:15 so i think a solid 35 could be a chance some day !
Definitely! 💪💪💪💪
Hello Nathan
I dialed in my running in January of this year. Following your advice and methods. I ran my first marathon on June 16 2024 (Manitoba Marathon) at 32 years old. My time was 3hr 12min @ 7:14 mile pace!
Outstanding job Nick! 3:12 in your debut? #respect Nice work!!! 💪💪💪💪
@@rundreamachieve yes my first time time ever running 26 miles. My max HR never went over 173, I truly feel I can run sub 3. I will continue training hard. Thank you for what you do.
Proud of you brother. Keep up the superior work!

Gotta save this video in my Watch Later section since I’m probably a year off from attempting a sub 35 10k. So much of this advice applies to other goals and increasing my speed work by 5-10% recently is starting to pay dividends. My race paces feel so much easier and I’m not suffering any injuries as well. Thanks!
💪💪💪💪👊👊👊
Great video, thanks Nathan! A sub 35 min 10k is definitely one of my targets, with a current PB of 36:46 set back in 2019. I have back to back 10k's this month (wouldn't normally race 2 weeks in a row but the dates clash). This Sunday is my club's championship event on a hilly course, and the following week is a flatter course where I can hopefully challenge my PB. I'll let you know how I get on. Hope training is going well for you and thanks again for the content.
Outstanding work having already run that 36.46. You are going to get that sub 35 Isaac. Keep me posted. 💪💪💪💪💪
Thanks for this valuable information.
My pleasure 😍😍😍😍🙏
This is my white whale - been trying to get under 35 all year...
You are going to get this time! 💪💪💪💪
