Sometimes what God allows in life…it feels like anger, even though the Bible says it’s Love. How can you see the ‘good’ from suffering when it just crushes you every day? And it leaves you not really seeing a point in living at all?

    Thankyou so much sir.
I'm from India, I'm 24. I was able to watch all through these lessons. Very applicable and helpful...and it's such a blessing.
So my question is: There's so much of work, training and discipline when we choose the way of the LORD, so aren't we supposed to depend upon the Holy Spirit for that?
I mean it's written "But you will recieve power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you..."(Acts chp1:8)

Hello Pastor Washer. I very much appreciate you, your passion for God and His truth. I have been listening to and watching a lot from you, and have been convicted throughout.
I have a question for you, and I have never really been able to answer this.
How were people saved prior to Jesus's work? Was it the knowledge that they could not be righteous enough to sace themselves, and having faith that God would make a way?
Thank you for your time and everything you have done.

How can I discern the difference between God disciplining me by letting me suffer the consequences of my actions vs Him not being my Father and letting me go my own way?

Question: Hello brother Paul Washer. I'm 19 years old. Why God disciplines some of his children more than the other? Are they+ if yes, why are they any God's children who die as immature Christians when we all are supposed to be conformed to Christ's image? Thank you.

Dear brother Paul I want to ask that, what are the signs that a believer is saved and is walking worthy of God? Can you explain how we can identify if we are living as saved people or not ?

Hi sir i have a question, does Hebrew 6:1-9 imply that someone that confessed christ and later on starts denouncing Him, cannot be saved anymore? Is it biblical to keep praying for such a person?

    • @JamesRomans116
      @JamesRomans116 4 роки тому

Someone who is elect of God cannot lose salvation. If someone denounces Christ in the end they were never a true believer to begin with. To add there is a church visual and a church spiritual, not all people in the body visually are in it spiritually. Disclaimer I do not work for Heart Cry, just a fellow brother in Christ.

Hi Elias. I believe there are differences of opinion on this issue. I personally believe it is as you have said. I believe that you can also find the same teaching in Hebrews 10:26-39 + 12:15-17. It's basically the teaching of the unpardonable sin. Let me just say that this is not teaching that the christian can sin their way out of salvation. It's talking about someone who has made a profession, had great revelation of the gospel truth, and then who finally turns their back on that truth.
As to whether we should still pray for such a person, I don't believe we can know for sure if someone has committed this sin. Take for example Joshua Harris who recently denounced the faith. It looks to me like he has committed this sin but I would still pray to the Lord asking, if it is possible, that he would grant him repentance.
If you have any other questions about this please don't hesitate to ask.
      God bless

You could show him the first part of Isaiah 53:10 which says: "But the Lord was pleased
to crush Him, putting Him to grief"

    • @kb27787

You tell him to read his Bible... and give him the Matthew 18 treatment (personally, then take your pastor or 2-3 other people, then the whole church, then excommunication). Gal 3:13 is an example of such a verse.

Ask him politely what could have been in the cup at the garden of gethsemane to make Jesus react the way he did? Share with him the passage in Isaiah 53 & Galatians 3:13. Also maybe you can communicate to him it’s historically what the church has always understood from the Biblical text. It is heavily implied.
