Nice scooter, like the rear basket ( trunk ) perfect for your bag, grocery, FPV gear, etc. 16mph not bad for the average rider. Great review and ride demo Albert!!!

You'll have to contact the company. There might be some generic third party batteries in the market but I have no idea what's involved with installation.
If you go through all the options in the throttle it says and P options it's just like the 2300 W ones but it's one button it's it sucks but you can up the amperage in the options it is turned down so they can be in the law 15 miles an hour it'll go faster than 15
But there's a secret but no you don't know about before you push it on push the M 4:33 button down while holding it secret menus to go faster not joking
anyone know how the hell to change the tires on these things?? I wanna upgrade the tires to something with more traction but I can't find instructions ANYWHERE

Depends on the scooter rating. Some can go up steep hills, others can not. Check the product page for specs on that.

its a reskinned phantomgogo C1. I have the phantomgogo R1. Still a good E scooter.
I'm pretty sure these all come from the same factory and they are just re-branding them with their own logos.
