I just visited Guyana a few days ago, and the people of the country have to keep the country clean. I saw how they throw their garbage anywhere and everywhere they have no respect for their on country the Government should start giving out fines to throw garbage. That is reason the drains and channal are blocking. I walk around some places and everywhere their is garbage garbage .
They need to do something about that.
