The pre cut beef that they sell at most any grocery store for Fajitas works great for Fondue, especially if your a lazy Gourmet like myself.😂 Cubbed meat is most people’s preference but again…..lazy chef. So that was beef Au Jus you boiled it in. Yummy. I like serving it where everyone flame sears it before dipping in fondue to instead of traditional boiling in oil.

I’d prefer an oil fondue, with a nice tempura batter to coat the meats 🤤 deep frying in broth just seems wrong. But maybe all those spices add some flavor 🤷♂️
