Riot's grand strategy for dealing with negative elements in LoL: wait until a Riot known player/streamer gets a troll on team and they report on-screen, because the behaviour "team" aren't doing real work other than circle jerking each other for half-baked chat restrictions.
Those plugins that let you see the ign in champion select is the best thing ever created to counter this system.

I can’t play League casually anymore. I get on for 1-2 games and am trolled every other game, it seems like. Everyone is so sensitive. If a person dies more than 2 then they stop trying, and playing is like pulling dead bodies across the finish line. It’s just not fun when the game can be so easily ruined by a single person.

How is an Emerald playing with a full Master 200LP lobby? He only has a 57% winrate as of Doublelift's game. This account has less than 100 games, he's only got 11 wins over losses. I feel like someone could coinflip their way to 57% by accident.
