I'm from the US and I watch a lot of British TV shows. I've noticed that whenever a character is in the hospital someone inevitably brings them grapes. Apparently it's a tradition there.

Well after Stuart told Callum about Ben's hearing lost, him hitting his head on the hull of the boat....Callum probably told Stuart he had to go see Ben or else.....And knowing what shape Callum was in Stuart knew it was pointless to leave Callum at the hospital knowing good and well if he left Callum would have checked himself out the hospital to go see Ben so he figured at least if he takes him to Ben he would he got there safely and if he collapse or something Stuart would be there for Callum

I feel like there leaving it for a big and special moment where Ben tells Callum that he loves him. Right now he's struggling with his hearing loss and Callum knows how Ben feels about. There just setting the I love you moment to be more special
Callum’s been beaten up to the point of AT LEAST some broken ribs, he has a concussion from the original blow to the head, he’s been starved and dehydrated at least from when Keanu left to the morning/ day/ afternoon they found him (IF Keanu fed him and gave him water in close proximity to sending that torture video to Ben one a clock) and he was clearly suffering from hypothermia! The day after they found Callum, he should still be to weak to go anywhere! God, I LOVE the sweetness and tenderness and all of Callum’s interactions in this episode, and I LOVE his strength and determination and love for Ben, but ITS NOT PHYSICALLY POSSIBLE that he is up and about the day after. And the doctors just discharged him, or what?! Did he run away from the hospital?! My god, soaps really grinds my gears when it comes to physical health. I can do with the same person gettin nearly married, coming out, saving a distraught teenager, getting kidnapped, nearly dying and getting rescued within the span of one year, but these rapid healing processes just breaks the illusion for me. Sorry for the rant, I’m so invested in this!
You have to remember it's a soap....they don't actually tell us days, hours, minutes between scenes so you have to use your imagination.....they could show a Ben and Callum scene on Monday and we wont see them again until Friday and it can be the same day, a few minutes, a few hours, or a few days.....just run with the story line and enjoy
