WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU WALK AROUND SMALL TOWNS IN ITALY | MORCONE, BENEVENTO | ITALY TRAVEL GUIDE

- Today we walk through the streets of Morcone, in the Benevento province - also known as Sannio.
Our journey through Campania continues as we keep exploring the towns on the border with Molise. This time, we ended up in Morcone - a beautiful hillside town that is home to a vibrant community of people.
Among the various things we were able to accomplish in town, we met an incredible artist, heard about life in a small Italian town, visited ancient ruins, and were gifted fruit directly from the vine! As always, we also met a friendly dog along the way.
Join us as we continue our exploration of small Italian towns!

I’ve been there many times. I’m in nyc but go back every few years to visit family. My parents told me a story about the castle, this took place many many years ago. A newly wed couple along with the wedding goers made their way up to the castle. The ceremony may have been held there, not sure. The bride while standing with the groom felt a sharp pinch on her foot. Soon after they noticed a small snake. She died shortly after.
Wonderful video. Interesting people. Beautiful place.
Al Sud belle persone accoglienti
morcone, is a beautiful village. It was never destroyed by the 1980 earthquake.
We miss you! So happy to see you are having fun and travelling!
My dear students! You guys are the best!
As a tourist, Italy is a beautiful destination, the food, the people, the beautiful landscape, but if you have to live here like I do, everything is shit. ciao
Ciao da Morcone
Ciao a tutta Morcone!
