I love the color! I just received mine in rose mexico and I returned it same day. I just prefer neutral color

Did you find out what insert is the best for this bag ?
Love my herbag! I have the Pegasus version from last year. I took the strap off because I only use it as a top handle! What do you think of it so far? It’s not the easiest to get in or out so I use the back pocket for my phone and whatever else I need easy access to.
No it's not the easiest to get in and out of. I recently got a puppy and need to be quite hands on... so it's not that practical at the moment. I'm going to give it another try when she grows up a bit.

I believe the top leather is Ebene, and I think the bottom is Etoupe…I realize this video is a year old, but do you know if those were the colors? I think it's the Etoupe/ Ebene. It's like a taupe with dark brown/black.

YES!!! It's not great at all! The Kelly you can get in and out of without undoing the straps... but you can't with the Her bag. It's super annoying... 😫
