@@chrismas9448 Lily's original first name is Masao, a boy's name. Not only that, but her full legal name, Masao Go, is basically the Japanese equivalent of being named Bruce Johnson. It's even mentioned by one of the other girls in that same episode that they still think of her as a girl no matter what junk she has.
She's 100% for sure trans. It's officially canon.
