I have a coworker, who told everyone at the table that he didn’t want to get married. My coworker and her boyfriend have been together since childhood and they have two young children. My coworker seems to be okay with them not getting married. I have a cousin who’s never wanted to get married and he’s been with his lady for years. Sometimes the idea of marriage scares people. Perhaps Travis experienced something in his life, where he’s turned off by the idea of marriage. Travis’s comes off to me as a bit immature and a playboy Also, Travis’s parents divorced and Kayla grew up in a single parent home, until her mother met and married her stepfather. I believe Kayla wants what she never had growing up. Kayla knew what she wanted and Travis wasn’t ready for it. He’s not there emotionally and mentally.
