yes i think you should keep up with the taste comparisons, you should also do comparisons between your home grown fruits and store bought! would be interesting to see
Yes please, do continue taste tests, especially for some like myself who have never tasted a white sapote, and I guess some viewers may have never tasted a cherimoya etc. Really helps with what fruit trees I might wast to grow. Thanks 🙂
Great comparison! Do you grow Annona Reticulata? Also known as bullocks heart. I have a red variety and it fruited this year but it is not sweet, maybe 2/10. Thank you
George congrats on getting delicious and healthy atemoyas , this fruit it’s always 6 to8 in sweetness and it’s flavorful but never like a mango sugary context!

Ok will do, thank you for sharing.
Hey mate any tips on where I can buy a white sapote fruit in Melbourne?
Call BAAG nursery in Bulleen. It's where I bought all mine from 10 years ago.
I like the fruit tasting, the more interesting fruits though. I have not tried a cherimoya so its cool to see comparisons.
Thanks, more coming up.

Yes, I have Bullocks Heart, still very young.
Do you use pots on any trees bearing fruits?
Yes, figs, pomegranate, bananas and peach, tamarillo.
Which is your best tasting white & black sapote?
Hawaiian Supreme White Sapote. Only tasted seedling Black Sapote.
George congrats on getting delicious and healthy atemoyas , this fruit it’s always 6 to8 in sweetness and it’s flavorful but never like a mango sugary context!
Thanks! These are cherimoya, which are closely related to atemoya.
I am in an area thats colder than Melbourne. We sometimes get a heavy frost. Never tried Cherimoya but white sapotes going strong.
Sounds great!
Even at a 7, still very very special to have these growing in Melbourne
Yes, keeps getting better
I visited Melbourne among other areas in Australia and it was so cold! I should have brought my coat.
All the more challenging for growing tropicals!
Your garden so nice mate
Thanks Vu! I hope to see the mangos fruiting some day like the cherimoya and white sapote :)
Dear which white sapote i should go with?there are so many varieties i have no idea
In my opinion, the tastiest varieties are Hawaiian Supreme and Suebelle. Make sure they are grafted, not seedling.
@@RealLifeFruitopia I can not see suebelle in daleys
@@sikuanyu8329 Try Ross Creek when available. rosscreektropicals.com.au/product/white-sapote-suebelle-grafted/
Dear George I really want to cry I can not find suebelle.everyday I can fell in sleep
I can’t fall in sleep
Do you have any white sapote seedlings of this variety for sale?
No
Where did you buy this suebella sapote?
BAAG nursery in Bulleen
Nice looking cherimoya although I rarely buy them here, I'm one of those that can't be bothered with all the seeds 😂😂
I find cherimoya fascinating, looking like a fruit from the dinosaur era. Definitely one worth growing as a novelty. The seeds are a nuisance agreed.
great time of year to be a fruit lover in AUS
Gets better in Autumn when tropicals bare the most in Melbourne.
This is atemoya not cherimoya 😂
I think Cherimoya taste much better when it is 80% ripen (it doesn’t taste good when it is oven ripen)
Wow nice
Thanks
wow nice!
It's getting there!
