Amazing news Amanda about your Dad. Just goes to show the power of the collective healing work. We definitely need to ramp up the spiritual tool kits for 2025. Peace lies within and starts with us. We need to bring up our life force energy as well. I take regular breaks now from apps and channels now and don't feel any guilt. There's a frequency to these channels and sometimes their very low vibrational even if they are painted as high vibrational. I feel some videos are saturated with too much information and I prefer shorter videos. It's like we are addicted trying to see the future or finding a way to get a quick result and you lose so much time to technology. Watching certain things and subjects over again doesn't actually move us forward. We all have to continually do the work.

Hi Amanda, I once had an unconventional therapist who was quite sophisticated in his way of dealing with clients. I learned quite a bit from him and respect him to this day. Once he told me that he needed a week off and would miss our next session. This was not good news for me as I was used to the weekly flow of talk and insight I was receiving. What he asked of me is to be aware that at any time he may need some time off and that I should not expect there would be anything different in our interaction than two people who were doing the best they could in life. He and I as well as everyone else on the planet. As far as social media goes it seems a similar principle might be applied. Such that a digital image of a shop sign might be created to indicate that the "influencer" has taken a break and will be back "next week" or whenever. Like a shop sign that lets you know the owner will "be back in 15 mins". Leaving customers to decide if they want to go for a coffee and return to the shop or go on with their errands and return another day. In your case your sign might say something like "Metatron says Amanda needs some time to herself, please check back later". I feel your listeners could appreciate such a move, me included, as we all need a breather here and there. 🙂

This year has been the hardest, most horrible time of my life. My only child, my daughter transitioned 4 months ago from brain cancer and I was her primary caregiver during her illness. I am not the same and I am forever changed. I have never felt so alone! And I have learned so much from this experience. Thank you Amanda for being a safe space to come to. You bring me a lot of comfort and hope in my time of loss and grief.
So glad your Dad is doing well. I lost my son in 2020 and found exercise and cold water swimming was part of my healing. Being in the sea is amazing if you are close to water. Death changes you forever! Sending love ❤️
My son returned to his heaven home in 2021 and yes, death changes loved ones left behind but losing a child takes grief to a whole other level. Sending much love to you…🙏🏼💙🇨🇦
Agree, I even told my 88-year-old father. He has zero words. I realized I should have left him in his innocent bubble. However, he deserved to know what was going on in today's society. Gisele's story was a welcome addition to counteract what Lily had done.

So pleased about your dad Amanda. The power of prayer is incredible. 40 years ago my brother had a severe car crash and was told he wouldn't last the night. Hundreds of people prayed and to this day he is a walking miracle. ❤

Excellent video Amanda, thank you. I have noticed that I am becoming much more discerning over what I watch and listen to. My husband of 55 years died recently so I am deeply grieving and have found myself drawing back from all the toxic 'noise' that's out there. Peace and quiet, knitting, embroidery (all stuff that I haven't had time to do before) is so much more satisfying than social media and allows me the space to actually listen to guidance from the Angels. I definitely AM a work in progress but I am practising self care as best as I can. Your sprays and cards are really helping me too.
I lost my husband/soulmate of 50 yrs a year ago. I am living the same life as you. Accepting I am here to further my spiritual path. Being thankful 🙏 I found Amanda to help me. Best wishes.
My dad passed this year in April. He is in a much better place though. He had dementia the last four years and bedridden. He did make it to almost 95. So his transition was a blessing. 🙏❤️

I feel I am listening to my best friend. I agree with so much that you say. I was one who watched your last video with horror and revulsion at what people are capable of. I like your idea of spiritually fit. I think I am fit actively and dietary. But not spiritual enough. I used to be when I was younger always picked up on energies but life seems to have gotten into the way. I’m 74 and feel I cannot speak to any of family about what is really going on in the world. So spiritual help would be great. I’m really pleased that your dad is doing well. Previously I had two hip ops I had the same experience as you experienced. So glad that I have found your videos. It’s very true about what values you have in death and dying. I worked in a hospital in the Bournemouth area in the late 90’s going into the millennium , and I nursed quite a few patients who were dying. Some of these patients were extremely wealthy but what I saw was whatever financial wealth they had here on earth meant absolutely nothing to where they were going, and I am spiritually pleased to have been given the process to watch to understand what are values in life and what are values at the end of life. It was also an eye opening to how some relatives behaved around there dying mother or father or whatever relationship they had. Each one told a different story and what often you had to do was to watch what was happening and then to watch in your mind what wasn’t happening. Very interesting video and thank you. So glad your father is recovering after what sounds a very major operation. 💜💜💜💜

Thank you Amanda.. I didn’t grow up with any religion or beliefs. I developed my own. I’m deeply spiritual and have my own innate abilities, but I have never been able to cope with most people who claim to be leaders and guides of spiritual knowledge.. even to the point of being ostracised when I have attempted to go to workshops etc.. ❤️🙏💚I constantly review who I’m following and can find myself coming and going with some people I follow. It can depend on what they’re presenting at any given moment. Have also had long periods of being offline. Discernment has been key for me (mainly via “clairsentience”) I don’t like labels either and have never really identified with “the spiritual community” ! This last year has been so much about review, release and reassessment for me. The only thing I know is “I know nuuthing “ 😘 When planting a field of potatoes, focus on “one potato at a time” (presence).
Brilliant reminders for me Amanda, thank you. Personally I've been finding it difficult to watch quite a number of things I used to watch over the year, saying in my head "not this again, haven't they moved on" it's almost as if I'm starving myself of decent relatable, uplifting channels. So I for one will be going through my UA-cam subscriptions and the people I follow on Instagram, that's the only 2 social media places I use and reducing it to a few who still uplift and have useful content and who aren't just rehashing the same old same old stuff they've been saying for the last 4 almost 5 years. I appreciate this video so much, it's given me the kick up the butt that's kicked me into 2025 with a fresh outlook. Yes spiritual fitness! Infinite Blessings to Dad! Surgery changes everyone!!!!! Please do rest, I lost my mom this yes- loosing a close loved one DOES change the tapestry of your life. Threads dangle, images unravel, the very scene and function of your life changes. It is important to realize this happened because we chose to entangle with that other life and we may not have managed that entanglement like a formal garden with clear boundaries. So there is some grief tinged with self loss and blame. That is normal. No one should get stuck on that- love is messy. Just go about the tidying up with your life with gratefulness and grace.❤❤❤❤❤
Hi Amanda, I too feel on the edges of the whole psychic caboodle that is online, and I feel very much alone on my mission. I have healed cancer and infectious diseases when hospitals have given up, I send out healing energy to even people I walk past. People say I am so calming to them and I make them feel safe in this world. I work with two Archangels, Raphael for healing and Michael for protection, and it is such a privilege to be part of their work. I don’t know anyone else who does this, I also don’t like to call it Reiki as I find it’s human taught and my guides tell me my gift is so much more powerful than any of those people. I can’t have massages etc as the practitioners say they feel too calm and sleepy to carry on. I am totally with you when you say you don’t fit into a box, so may we go forward mentally in togetherness in healing, love and light. I would also like to say that my mum died the day before my birthday this year, but she is with me in spirit and she helps me from beyond the veil. So don’t dread your dads passing, he will come to you afterwards and be of amazing help to you. Sending much love xx

"Cast away what no longer serves" is a great message. Without being aware of it consciously for many years I have done this almost all my 86 years. Out of necessity during and after WWII and more consciously later on. Belonged to various groups, organizations, religions here and there but each time there came a time when i realized it was time to move on. It no longer served me or others. I never bashed any one organization or group like some do, just was grateful for the lessons and time to move to greener pastures. Same happened with You/tube. People I loved in the beginning somehow sound boring now, yet I realize that for many those same people are still an inspiration. So thank you again.

Hi Amanda. I got a little taste of how resonance/synchronicity works just now. In this last year, I have been really struck by how good causes have been taken so far that they have turned ugly. Young, naive people being manipulated by a call to their compassion. This has disturbed me so much that it has become something of a personal 'mission' . I have been raising contentious topics with family and friends .....only to see them shut down. They are not ready to hear me and I just come across as hyper and proselytizing. So I had just come to the conclusion that I am not going to badger people about these topics anymore, when you said the same thing at around the 43:00 mark of this video! Thank you for all you do. Wise words. Sitting beside my Solstice bonfire last week, watching the bright moon rising, I found my mind meandering, to conversations I might be having were I not alone. Then I got a flash message which made me laugh out loud - "I am my own best company right now." In s split second, I went from loneliness to elation. Yes, I've been cleaning out the social media closet and am left mostly with music. I am forever grateful for your honesty and courage in sharing your true self. I'm at the hospital and my mom is dealing with cancer. This came out of nowhere and is shocking. I keep seeing 222 everywhere. We always had a close relationship and I am so thankful for it. I would like to try fenbendazole but it depends on the doctor and her. Part of me wants to fight but i guess i have to surrender to spirits god light and let him take the wheel.
Good morning Amanda, from Canada. Our last two years has been emotional at best. We moved from one province to another, and then moved again to another village. We also were told by my youngest daughter who we moved here for, to be available for help and support as a single parent, that she felt I wasn't a good person anymore. Apparently she didn't feel I was a help at all and that she felt I was being the parent and not her. I disagree but as hard as it was in myself, my husband and the children, we moved to our new house. Our health has gone down hill because of these emotional things. This really resonates with me. I'm happy I was part of the prayer circle that supported your father. I hope you continue to heal as well. My ego has definitely taken a hit on this.

My partener has lost family in the last few years and he is stuck. I've lost people my whole life and am able to deal....so far anyway but he struggles as do many others. I’ve become very discerning and walked away or closed off . Over 20 years of divorce (but not for him ) I’ve located and was gifted information that clarifies what’s required for closing business and totally allowing 3 sons and grandchildren to remain single unhealed and unforgiving . I have been the target 🎯 for a highly distorted , now 75 year old who has damaged a sacred union of mother and child … for the win 🥇 Very Blessed to have your Dad recover and I had the experience of a reader telling me 14 months heads up . I wasn’t able to give him all he deserved during that time …I nudged a healing with 2 brothers who Stockholmed him , and I received a third of my intended inheritance. He had Dementia! This is the first Xmas that I didn’t really miss him ! I’m in a place of healing physically and staying aware to signs ! Good Post ❤️

That’s great that your father is doing better Amanda. Personally, I was knocked off my feet this past week with the flu. Craziest virus, so I was ill Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, but I think it was meant to be a re-set and to shift my focus - to go deeper into who I’m being and serving in the coming year. ❤ Also, I’ve noticed how people have been falling away in my life.

Hi Amanda. I had a real crisis of faith after I had an anaesthetic. I dream a lot when asleep and when I came to after the op all I could remember was total darkness which I couldn't cope with. It made me question an afterlife and it took months to get my faith back. I know that my overeating has affected my spiritual work in 2024 and I am determined to change this in 2025. Thank you for your wise words and hope 2025 will be a happy, healthy and peaceful year for you and your family ❤

I feel a series of spiritual fitness is a wonderful idea. Having some one, such as you Amanda, with the knowledge to help guide us in the right direction would be very beneficial. Some things can be so overwhelming that one just doesn’t know where to begin. A series of videos to help sort it all out and point us the the right direction I think is very helpful. Amazing news Amanda about your Dad. Just goes to show the power of the collective healing work. We definitely need to ramp up the spiritual tool kits for 2025. Peace lies within and starts with us. We need to bring up our life force energy as well. I take regular breaks now from apps and channels now and don't feel any guilt. There's a frequency to these channels and sometimes their very low vibrational even if they are painted as high vibrational. I feel some videos are saturated with too much information and I prefer shorter videos. It's like we are addicted trying to see the future or finding a way to get a quick result and you lose so much time to technology. Watching certain things and subjects over again doesn't actually move us forward. We all have to continually do the work.

Hi Amanda, I once had an unconventional therapist who was quite sophisticated in his way of dealing with clients. I learned quite a bit from him and respect him to this day. Once he told me that he needed a week off and would miss our next session. This was not good news for me as I was used to the weekly flow of talk and insight I was receiving. What he asked of me is to be aware that at any time he may need some time off and that I should not expect there would be anything different in our interaction than two people who were doing the best they could in life. He and I as well as everyone else on the planet.
As far as social media goes it seems a similar principle might be applied. Such that a digital image of a shop sign might be created to indicate that the "influencer" has taken a break and will be back "next week" or whenever. Like a shop sign that lets you know the owner will "be back in 15 mins". Leaving customers to decide if they want to go for a coffee and return to the shop or go on with their errands and return another day. In your case your sign might say something like "Metatron says Amanda needs some time to herself, please check back later". I feel your listeners could appreciate such a move, me included, as we all need a breather here and there. 🙂

This year has been the hardest, most horrible time of my life. My only child, my daughter transitioned 4 months ago from brain cancer and I was her primary caregiver during her illness. I am not the same and I am forever changed. I have never felt so alone! And I have learned so much from this experience. Thank you Amanda for being a safe space to come to. You bring me a lot of comfort and hope in my time of loss and grief.

Excellent video Amanda, thank you. I have noticed that I am becoming much more discerning over what I watch and listen to. My husband of 55 years died recently so I am deeply grieving and have found myself drawing back from all the toxic 'noise' that's out there. Peace and quiet, knitting, embroidery (all stuff that I haven't had time to do before) is so much more satisfying than social media and allows me the space to actually listen to guidance from the Angels. I definitely AM a work in progress but I am practising self care as best as I can. Your sprays and cards are really helping me too.

My dad passed this year in April. He is in a much better place though. He had dementia the last four years and bedridden. He did make it to almost 95. So his transition was a blessing. 🙏❤️

I feel I am listening to my best friend. I agree with so much that you say. I was one who watched your last video with horror and revulsion at what people are capable of. I like your idea of spiritually fit. I think I am fit actively and dietary. But not spiritual enough. I used to be when I was younger always picked up on energies but life seems to have gotten into the way. I’m 74 and feel I cannot speak to any of family about what is really going on in the world. So spiritual help would be great. I’m really pleased that your dad is doing well. Previously I had two hip ops I had the same experience as you experienced. So glad that I have found your videos. It’s very true about what values you have in death and dying.
I worked in a hospital in the Bournemouth area in the late 90’s going into the millennium , and I nursed quite a few patients who were dying.
Some of these patients were extremely wealthy but what I saw was whatever financial wealth they had here on earth meant absolutely nothing to where they were going, and I am spiritually pleased to have been given the process to watch to understand what are values in life and what are values at the end of life.
It was also an eye opening to how some relatives behaved around there dying mother or father or whatever relationship they had. Each one told a different story and what often you had to do was to watch what was happening and then to watch in your mind what wasn’t happening.

I’m deeply spiritual and have my own innate abilities, but I have never been able to cope with most people who claim to be leaders and guides of spiritual knowledge.. even to the point of being ostracised when I have attempted to go to workshops etc.. ❤️🙏💚I constantly review who I’m following and can find myself coming and going with some people I follow. It can depend on what they’re presenting at any given moment. Have also had long periods of being offline. Discernment has been key for me (mainly via “clairsentience”) I don’t like labels either and have never really identified with “the spiritual community” ! This last year has been so much about review, release and reassessment for me. The only thing I know is “I know nuuthing “ 😘 When planting a field of potatoes, focus on “one potato at a time” (presence).
Brilliant reminders for me Amanda, thank you. Personally I've been finding it difficult to watch quite a number of things I used to watch over the year, saying in my head "not this again, haven't they moved on" it's almost as if I'm starving myself of decent relatable, uplifting channels. So I for one will be going through my UA-cam subscriptions and the people I follow on Instagram, that's the only 2 social media places I use and reducing it to a few who still uplift and have useful content and who aren't just rehashing the same old same old stuff they've been saying for the last 4 almost 5 years. I appreciate this video so much, it's given me the kick up the butt that's kicked me into 2025 with a fresh outlook. Yes spiritual fitness! Infinite Blessings to Dad! Surgery changes everyone!!!!! Please do rest, I lost my mom this yes- loosing a close loved one DOES change the tapestry of your life. Threads dangle, images unravel, the very scene and function of your life changes. It is important to realize this happened because we chose to entangle with that other life and we may not have managed that entanglement like a formal garden with clear boundaries. So there is some grief tinged with self loss and blame. That is normal. No one should get stuck on that- love is messy. Just go about the tidying up with your life with gratefulness and grace.❤❤❤❤❤
Hi Amanda, I too feel on the edges of the whole psychic caboodle that is online, and I feel very much alone on my mission. I have healed cancer and infectious diseases when hospitals have given up, I send out healing energy to even people I walk past. People say I am so calming to them and I make them feel safe in this world. I work with two Archangels, Raphael for healing and Michael for protection, and it is such a privilege to be part of their work. I don’t know anyone else who does this, I also don’t like to call it Reiki as I find it’s human taught and my guides tell me my gift is so much more powerful than any of those people. I can’t have massages etc as the practitioners say they feel too calm and sleepy to carry on. I am totally with you when you say you don’t fit into a box, so may we go forward mentally in togetherness in healing, love and light. I would also like to say that my mum died the day before my birthday this year, but she is with me in spirit and she helps me from beyond the veil. So don’t dread your dads passing, he will come to you afterwards and be of amazing help to you. Sending much love xx

"Cast away what no longer serves" is a great message. Without being aware of it consciously for many years I have done this almost all my 86 years. Out of necessity during and after WWII and more consciously later on. Belonged to various groups, organizations, religions here and there but each time there came a time when i realized it was time to move on. It no longer served me or others. I never bashed any one organization or group like some do, just was grateful for the lessons and time to move to greener pastures.
Same happened with You/tube. People I loved in the beginning somehow sound boring now, yet I realize that for many those same people are still an inspiration. So thank you again.

Hi Amanda. I got a little taste of how resonance/synchronicity works just now. In this last year, I have been really struck by how good causes have been taken so far that they have turned ugly. Young, naive people being manipulated by a call to their compassion. This has disturbed me so much that it has become something of a personal 'mission' . I have been raising contentious topics with family and friends .....only to see them shut down. They are not ready to hear me and I just come across as hyper and proselytizing.
So I had just come to the conclusion that I am not going to badger people about these topics anymore, when you said the same thing at around the 43:00 mark of this video!

Wise words. Sitting beside my Solstice bonfire last week, watching the bright moon rising, I found my mind meandering, to conversations I might be having were I not alone. Then I got a flash message which made me laugh out loud - "I am my own best company right now." In s split second, I went from loneliness to elation. Yes, I've been cleaning out the social media closet and am left mostly with music. I am forever grateful for your honesty and courage in sharing your true self. I'm at the hospital and my mom is dealing with cancer. This came out of nowhere and is shocking. I keep seeing 222 everywhere. We always had a close relationship and I am so thankful for it. I would like to try fenbendazole but it depends on the doctor and her. Part of me wants to fight but i guess i have to surrender to spirits god light and let him take the wheel.
Good morning Amanda, from Canada. Our last two years has been emotional at best. We moved from one province to another, and then moved again to another village. We also were told by my youngest daughter who we moved here for, to be available for help and support as a single parent, that she felt I wasn't a good person anymore. Apparently she didn't feel I was a help at all and that she felt I was being the parent and not her. I disagree but as hard as it was in myself, my husband and the children, we moved to our new house. Our health has gone down hill because of these emotional things. This really resonates with me. I'm happy I was part of the prayer circle that supported your father. I hope you continue to heal as well.

Over 20 years of divorce (but not for him ) I’ve located and was gifted information that clarifies what’s required for closing business and totally allowing 3 sons and grandchildren to remain single unhealed and unforgiving . I have been the target 🎯 for a highly distorted , now 75 year old who has damaged a sacred union of mother and child … for the win 🥇
Very Blessed to have your Dad recover and I had the experience of a reader telling me 14 months heads up . I wasn’t able to give him all he deserved during that time …I nudged a healing with 2 brothers who Stockholmed him , and I received a third of my intended inheritance.
He had Dementia!
This is the first Xmas that I didn’t really miss him !

That’s great that your father is doing better Amanda. Personally, I was knocked off my feet this past week with the flu. Craziest virus, so I was ill Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, but I think it was meant to be a re-set and to shift my focus - to go deeper into who I’m being and serving in the coming year. ❤ Also, I’ve noticed how people have been falling away in my life.

Hi Amanda. I had a real crisis of faith after I had an anaesthetic. I dream a lot when asleep and when I came to after the op all I could remember was total darkness which I couldn't cope with. It made me question an afterlife and it took months to get my faith back. I know that my overeating has affected my spiritual work in 2024 and I am determined to change this in 2025. I feel a series of spiritual fitness is a wonderful idea. Having some one, such as you Amanda, with the knowledge to help guide us in the right direction would be very beneficial. Some things can be so overwhelming that one just doesn’t know where to begin. A series of videos to help sort it all out and point us the the right direction I think is very helpful. I look forward to this particular series!

I would love the new series you spoke of very much! I love my life and my aim is to steward it , my work I love, my health and myself with love. I too took some backwards steps with food , spending, what I have been watching for comfort during the hurricane relief here so I would love this .I forgive myself for that comfort stuff I did.
