I have ordered direct from the US in the past, but as Robert advised you do end up paying tax once it gets here (🇬🇧) before the carrier can deliver it to you. I’ve paid about £30 but treated myself to quite a big order. Anyhoo; loved this video, review and Robert as per usual. Today is ghost stories so am looking forward to that!
The reason the brand does not use a lot of fragrances is because Cashmere, the owner, is a breast cancer survivor. The brand prides itself on not using harmful ingredients while also using ingredients that are beneficial. Both the brand and Cashmere are also super active in giving back through things like Sugar Homes which helps and orphaned children and being very vocal about Black Lives Matter. Honestly, they are currently one of my favorite brands on the market both for the products and for what they do outside of beauty. Also, how excited you got about the one eyeshadow and the concealer tip is why I watch your channel. I LOVE IT!!

This is really interesting. I'm not anti fragrance, though I do normally prefer products being applied to face to be fairly neutral or light (so I don't have to smell them all day 😆) But I have unfortunate first hand experience of the strange things chemo does to both the sense of smell and skin irritability. It makes great sense to remove them in a line which is created by a cancer sufferer to be as inclusive as possible. 👏😁
As a woman of colour I really appreciate how you genuinely try black owned brands and support black creators. Never comes across as a gimmick just genuine interest and support ❤️

I got my first Beauty Bakerie palette this year - Breakfast in Bed - and have made them a priority to try more of in 2021 because I really love it (so much that I bought the same palette for my teen daughter; I don't like to share.). I'm thrilled to see your successes with more of the products, because I'm always a bit leery of spending a ton of money on a brand without a better idea about ALL of the products (a great eyeshadow doesn't always equal a great concealer, right?!) I'm all in, now!
Beauty Bakery is probably one of my favorite indie brands at the moment. Their Milk and Honey highlight is wonder. NOT full of glitters and feels natural for me since I hate highlight. Their lipstick are great and long wear. I bought one of their $50 mystery boxes last year and I was hooked 💜💜💜

This one really got me quite a few times and I am just in a better mood. Swear! Whenever I watch your videos whether it's the ghost story Monday, or a review or MUA reacts video, there is at least one point in the video where I literally get caught off guard and start laughing. I just absolutely love your personality. And then when you and your brother get together, holy smokes, all bets are off I know for a fact I'm not going to get through that video without dying and almost falling off my chair at least three times. I can't remember which video it was with you two but you guys were laughing the first part of the video and you couldn't control yourselves I had to turn it off because I was laughing that hard...I didn't even know what I was laughing at because I didn't know what you guys were laughing at. I told my mum who grew up going to underground mixed south African jazz bars in the 50s and smoked joints at them, because I thought it was hilarious and stupid, and she said "yes and we all rode lions to school".

i just got this palette in my boxycharm & theres literally Noooo color payoff. shadows are dry & stiff. i wonder if the formula is different just for boxycharm 😢

Yay!! I love BB. Those matte lipsticks (or lip whips!) do not budge! They stay so well that I bought one in black, wore it to a party, no problem. Also all of they eyeshadows are great! As someone who’s super inexperienced with makeup, I feel like they’re easy to have fun with, without looking disastrous at the end!

OMG I love your tip about using primer to remove fall out. I've always really struggled with what to do with fall out as if you use make up remover then you're gonna remove your primer so I normally do my eyes before I use my face primer. I'll have to try this tip next time I do my eyes first. This is why I love your channel, I genuinely get good tips from you which help me with my make up application. Just got the strawberry and the vanilla lip scrubs. Oh my word. They smell good, they taste good, and they work. My lips get so cracked and these scrubs were just the best. I used the Sonia Kashuk lip scrubber.
Wow Robert, the only creator I've seen use the products in the appropriate way and "followed the brands instructions" so to speak. The products can be quite finicky especially the complexion products but truly stunning look you've created here!!

Are the shipping and customs expensive when shipping to the UK?
@@cadee.06 For a number of brands including this one (Juvias Place, House of Lashes, Marena Beaute etc.) I’m paying about £30 tax when it arrives, before it’s delivered to me. There isn’t anything they can do about their payment, but I do love their products so end up paying it
i just got this palette in my boxycharm & theres literally Noooo color payoff. shadows are dry & stiff. i wonder if the formula is different just for boxycharm 😢

Yay!! I love BB. Those matte lipsticks (or lip whips!) do not budge! They stay so well that I bought one in black, wore it to a party, no problem.
Also all of they eyeshadows are great! As someone who’s super inexperienced with makeup, I feel like they’re easy to have fun with, without looking disastrous at the end!

OMG I love your tip about using primer to remove fall out. I've always really struggled with what to do with fall out as if you use make up remover then you're gonna remove your primer so I normally do my eyes before I use my face primer. I'll have to try this tip next time I do my eyes first. This is why I love your channel, I genuinely get good tips from you which help me with my make up application. Such a good video, I don't have any Beauty Bakerie products yet but I plan to once I start to run out of what I'm currently using xxx
Just got the strawberry and the vanilla lip scrubs. Oh my word. They smell good, they taste good, and they work. My lips get so cracked and these scrubs were just the best. I used the Sonia Kashuk lip scrubber.
Wow Robert, the only creator I've seen use the products in the appropriate way and "followed the brands instructions" so to speak. The products can be quite finicky especially the complexion products but truly stunning look you've created here!!
