Well, I am not in my 30s....I am in my late 40s...If you think your skin and muscles are aging and losing tone.....just wait and see.....it's getting worse🤣🤣🤣!! Bit we'll fight it!!! 💪💪💪💪💪

That depends on a lot of factors like your diet, overall workout routine, and the amount of weight you lift.

That depends on how consistent you are and your nutritional intake 💖
