In April they had a BIOS update. Does this sound like it's fixed it? Description:
- Update Code Base.
- Improve system stability when switching to CSM mode.
- CPU uCode version 0x123 was updated for CPU performance optimization by disabling the CEP function for the 14th Gen CPU (stepping B0).
- Added Intel 12th/13th Core processors to support Intel Application Optimization (APO)
It doesn’t really matter because even if it’s an intel cpu. it doesn’t mean it’ll overheat and stop working ( depending on the gpu. CPUs like the i9 14900kf are just objectively better than it competitor, the Ryzen 9 7950x3d. Have more cores and performance for it being almost a $100 less. Yes amd has less controversy. But it doesn’t remove any factors that an intel cpu has.
