I got him to R5 & Ascended him just for that & finish that right path(Nebula & the rest were tolerable). MORE units were spent because Void's damage is trash & his debuff that turns health regen into damage was slow. I forgot how much units I spent for that fight, but its his damn fault. And now I'll have to swallow my pride & buy unit bundles to have alot stashed up for July 4th(Arena grinding is trash). He was wrong about that. He was wrong about the most tolerable path in 8.1.1 and 8.1.2, wrong about Act 8 being easier than Act 7, and these Glykhan guides that suggested Mutants are wrong. And what dumbass would switch out the Suicides Masteries? Do you have any idea what you(& others here) are suggesting? You are suggesting to sacrifice damage, which wouldve made Glykhan even worse to fight & lead to more units spent.

Also, Heavy attacks after Abs whiffs his specials immediately reset him back to base form, cutting off his regen, and giving you more breathing room. all you had to do was sp1 and dex his specials, the rest easy...

Have you fought glykhan before???. I heard only pro players can do that fight so don’t tell anyone can fight glykhan. You need dex, parry, have high ranking 7* to give max damage and need to put pressure on glykhan.
For one you running recoils that’s not ideal w/this boss. And yes the CCPs (which I disagree with) fought this boss months ahead of time. He’s not bad it’s testing your ability to dex which is good because a lot of players have that problem myself included but I was able to do this w/no units spent
Not ideal? The Suicide Mastery build is the ONLY way to deal the highest damage possible against these bosses. Anything else is garbage. I tried playing MCoC without that build for a bit, my patience ran out. No recoil wouldve made this boss take even longer to beat. And stop lying. This fight WILL result in revive usage.

true. when my dumbass finally read his kit at his indestructible phase, I wanted to hit my head into a wall. you can block and parry his ass until the timer runs out. 1000 units trying to not get hit, didnt know i could revive.
After figuring it out, it was fine. My first attempt took me about 300-400 units of revives and health pots. However second and third time took me less than 100 each. It’s all about practice. No need to be toxic

Scytalis went down easy as pie with Emma or Toad or Sauron, bahamet was a pain but was possible with the purifying champs like Crossbones, Moleman, Elsa, Shang, etc., And Cerastes was beatable by everyone as long as you had Odin of any rarity in the party too. this fight is no different. It all boils down to dropped inputs and skill issue.

Sorry bruh this is a skill issue, the game wouldnt be any fun if all the bosses were easily soloable first try. My first try was rather expensive, but by the third try i had most of his mechanics down and it got a lot cheaper. You also mentioned the guides but it seems like you either didnt watch them fully or didnt read how he works based off of the way you’re ignoring his prowess gaining mechanic.

I think its the third easiest boss of the act ...bahamet was definitely worse...glykan isnt that bad tbh i spent like 6 revives for all three completions and i could have done it with less ..idk why people have such a hard time dexing his sp1 when rooted the timing is pretty easy to master

I used Hercules and juggernaut mostly. Had Hercules at 12 feats of strength he was doing like 9k or more basic damage. Im not very good at the game and can not do necroplis so with that said he was easier for me than 8.3 boss. All the quest are easier compared to 8.3 as well this is for me

He went down after my second attempt in the same run with hulking. Glykhan, wasn't easier than any of those bosses. I had to get out of the quest and rank 5 a single champ and ascend them after dying twice (a champion with lots of prowess) Came back and used a few more revives and potions to down him. I've never needed a rank 5, up until that boss. There is no way you can seat on a lie detector and confidently say that rubbish: "he was the easiest boss" Are you drunk? My 5 star unascended zemo on first trial of practising what I've read took bahamoth to 40 percent. This was me learning in the fight. While glykhan made me rethink my push on him with rank 4 6 stars. You sir, are a liar about glykhan being the easiest boss. I'm confident I can beat the first 3 bosses with rank 3, 6 stars. 100% confident you can't solo glykhan with a rank 3, 6 star either. That last indestructible phase, nearly made me quit the game. The AI, becomes so much different than throughout the game. I wasn't perfect, but i was managing his heavies and sp's. But in the indestructible phase, i couldn't get a single one straight. He was sliding, intercepting, fuckin horrible. That's another "FUCK YOU GIVE US YOUR MONEY", event from Kabam.

That last indestructible phase, nearly made me quit the game. The AI, becomes so much different than throughout the game. I wasn't perfect, but i was managing his heavies and sp's. But in the indestructible phase, i couldn't get a single one straight. He was sliding, intercepting, fuckin horrible. That's another "FUCK YOU GIVE US YOUR MONEY", event from Kabam.
I got hit 0 times during indestructible phase not even through block I dexed until it fell off

Dude youre trying to kill off a boss who has 4 different phases, knowing you have to use specials to deal the most damage. Whatd you think putting suicides on would do??
The Suicide Masteries are the ONLY way to deal the highest damage possible. I cant believe people are suggesting to use trash builds for Glykhan, when that would led to MORE units spent because everyone hits like a feather.

Why tf would you use a build that makes you lose health every time you throw a special? Oh and by the way, thanks to whales, especially newer players that seem to have 0 knowledge and skill of the game. They can reach valiant in a few months instead of years.
