He's gone up 3 or 4 levels.he was young now he is the beast Alvarez pound to pound the best.
His Defensive Skills Has Always Been One Of His Best Assets. It's His Aggressiveness That I Have Seen A Dramatic Increase In As Of Late.

Agreed. He still has a similar style and technique. He has learned a lot more about the body work in my opinion and although he lost to a counter fighter he can also be beaten by a pressure fighter. It will be interesting to see him against Smith. I see him winning but a tough battle.

You can see how much more experienced Canelo is now. Very patient and calculated and has seen every trick in the book. Fighting Mayweather made him a much better fighter.
And Lara, GGG, Cotto, Mosley, Kovalev and Jacobs must have helped as well
