So many of these people are Lame! When I met him, I actually interacted with him. He told me to kneel before him, I did. He liked me and made me a lieutenant in his army. This guy was so awesome, he deserves every penny he makes.

Thus, roasts (not insults which you may be confusing with) along with dark humour are portrayed by this Megatron actor which is somewhat tied to his character.
This is just an act or skit. You say it wants to start a fight...you do know they are employees and can't go around fighting people. Same goes for you too because if you start a fight, people are just gonna pull you off and you will be barred from entering. Additonally, you don't know the real person in real life so just take it easy for this case, understand the difference, be calm and educated. If you feel offended, just informed the people working there so it can be taken as feedback.

Misanthropy is not what the job requires, you actually need to be a really good people person in order to know how to insult people in a way that doesn’t just come across as being a giant fucking dick. That, and you need a natural sense of humour to just come across as funny to begin with. The suit helps, but if you can’t do this without the suit, you definitely won’t be able to do it with the suit.
