It's like the prophecy tries to fulfill itself. When Hades' hid his kids and they couldn't age, Zues' daughter came. When she was out too, it was Poseidon's turn. Every prophecy finds a way to come true
I like to think that Percy's decision at the End of the Last Olympian also applies to the Prophecy. Percy turned down being immortal and has the gods to swear on the River Styx that they will claim all demigods by the time they turn thirteen, have cabins built for the children of all minor gods and Hades, and give amnesty to innocent Titans and their former allies. Percy also relieves Zeus, Poseidon, and Hades of their oath to not have demigod children. Percy is keeping his promise to Luke by getting rid of a broken system. All the problems that Percy and his friends faced was due to the system and the problems it created. If the system had continued on like that another demigod uprising would have risen and the gods could end up losing and the world would fall into chaos. Percy's decision has prevented future threats like that and has brought a great deal of peace to other demigods.

I think it was a gender neutral term, using the word “their” instead may have confused people into thinking it was multiple people. In many cases, such as The Holy Bible and the American constitution, in text they use masculine pronouns to refer to all. “All men are created equal” “God created man in his own image”. I could also be overthinking but I will say that was an impeccable observation, well done!

I have loved the Percy Jackson books for years and to have one of my favorite UA-camrs to be covering it is amazing.
The final two lines refer to Luke choosing to preserve the Olympus by reaping his own soul.
Great video, MovieFlame!
You're the man!
All of the Riordan books are incredibly underrated and I don't get it.
THANKS I NEEDED IT FOR SCHOOL I LOVE YOUR CHANNEL
A lot of Jackson's are in this chat
OMG I have been waiting for this for year and Morgan never disappoins
Percy Jackson series: greek mythology is real and everyone wants me dead because my dad broke a celibacy oath
heroes of Olympus: fuck the trees she gonna get your knees, there's Romans now, ROAD TRIP!
ROAD TRIP WOOHOO! (Sorry)
im really happy that morgan is talking about percy jackson not much ppl do
Man I love the way PJO use prophecies
I have been waiting so long on this!!!
This book series really started my love for reading, I had always loved to read but this opened that up much more. This first series is by far my favorite out of the three, don’t get me wrong I love HoO but it’s just the characters and love stories feel so rushed unlike the first series were we literally got five years of Percy evolution and same with his and annabeths relationship.
I've been waiting for this!
When are the life explained videos of other characters from Percy Jackson coming? I am eagerly waiting for those.
SAME HERE
Just as I said in your last Percy Jackson video these books were amazing an changed my outlook on reading in general. Such a great series an I literally know so much about it, an you make a great video explain so great points an keys. Keep up the great work an can't wait for the next video!
Love some Peter Johnson content!
I really needed this, thank you
Dood, you got to do "the life of Chiron"
yessss
YAAAASSSSSSSSSS YOU POSTED ITTTTTTT!!!!
"He's been through hell and back, literally" Idk why but I laughed. The second time he goes to hell is a lot worse
@Blasting Comet
yeah really at least he had annabeth with him, nico was alone-
@@mintyfresh433 Ikr I felt so bad for Nico like the kid does not get a break.
awesome video thank you so much please keep up your amazing work and live long and prosper
Everybody's death oversimplified is just… plain SAD, like this IS a Kid's book, right?
“The choice of Percy trusting Luke or not would decide whether Olympus stayed intact.”
TALK ABOUT SERIOUS CHOICES
Movie flame: They’ve gone through hell and back literally
Me: (Broken laughing cause I’m not sure if he meant the underworld or the “thing” in mark of athenA)
Me too
Maybe underworld because mark of Athena was after the prophecy??
Ive been waiting for more PJO content

When i was this early, it was today, and it was 27 mnutes ago-

Dude, thank you for making Percy Jackson vid
A Flaw In The Percy Jackson Series:-
The Prophecy- "A half blood of the eldest Gods,
"Shall reach sixteen against all odds,
"And see the world in endless sleep,
"A hero's soul, cursed blade shall reap,
"A single choice shall end HIS days,
"Olympians to preserve or raze"
Here it says end HIS days, so obviously Thalia and Bainca couldn't have been the children of the prophecy.
Thank you for making another PJ video! Mabey you could do another one about Nico or Grover. It's sad that Grover was sort of forgotten through out the books.
I hope Magnus Chase get a cool movie too
Omg I love magnus chase
@@Blahblahblood Same! Alex is my everything
I feel the cursed blade and hero could also be in reference to Percy, had he attacked instead his soul would be the one killed by a cursed blade.
Attempt 8 of trying to get movie flame to read Alex rider books
finished em all but i’m still waiting for the book after nightshade
Love that you're doing Percy Jackson. Keep up the great work.
Video idea: rank the Percy jackson books
oooooh that would be so interesting!
@@ananyanair5926 what’s your favourite
@@Imaperson844 Oof that's really hard but probably I'm gonna choose Sea of Monsters just because I love Tyson so dam much and I feel like out of all of them it's the most feel-good book. What about you?
@@ananyanair5926 mine has to be the titan’s curse because Nico is my favourite character
@@Imaperson844 it’s a close second to sea of monsters the only reason that it’s not first is because of Zoe and Bianca’s deaths for me but I love nico too I swear solangelo is literal perfection.
Loved this video , make the next 5 sooonnn
Zeus has a son named Jason in Percy Jackson don't forget about him
Are you talking about Jason grace
@@JonathanMartinez-6 It's Jupiter,
@@ananyasaxena82 Jupiter is named after Zeus
@@JonathanMartinez-6 yes
@@alpha5664 the deal was made between the Greek gods not roman. No prophecy involed both Greek and Roman demigod until the prophecy in the heros of Olympus. The roman gods and their children were not involed with this prophecy. Therefore jason does not count
Keep making Percy Jackson videos they keep me interested
OMG PERCY JACKSON THATS THE FIRST BOOK I ACTUALLY LIKED
You make Percy Jackson videos so well bro
I just realized that Demeter Hera and Hestia are older than the big three
And Aphrodite is the oldest of all gods.

who else is still a HUGEE fan of harry potter even if the last movie was released almost 10 years ago?
Me too.
I am, and I had to read the WHOLE series to determine that it was my favorite series I've ever read. Once I finished HP, I started Percy Jackson, and I didn't even have to finish THE FIRST BOOK to know it is now my favorite series. Percy Jackson is way better than HP, hands down.
Well they did make the cursed child tho😂😂
@@arp4nnn agreed. And let’s not even begin comparing the authors. This is coming from a once huge Harry Potter fan
Lol didn't expect that drawing of Rhea. She looks like a goofy aunt who started a neighborhood book club
I have never read the percy jackson series cuz I'm still focusing on finishing the harry Potter series
this deserves more views.
BEFORE YOU DO ANYTHING FOR JASON OR PIPER OR LEO OR FRANK, YOU NEED TO FULLY READ THE TRIALS OF APOLLO SERIES OR YOU WILL MISS STUFF!!!
edit: and reyna cos some more stuff happens to her in the trials of apollo!
edit: and nico if u wanna understand him more and yea I WILL NEVER FORGIVE U IF U MAKE A VIDEO ABOUT HIM WITHOUT INCLUDING HIME AND WILL’S RELATIONSHIP
Especially a death that will make you cry!
@@samanthaclaire6664 yep
frank and reyna and leo are really only minor stuff and for piper it is more about exploring her character
