  • Pulverizing shredded fine copper wires and copper power cords for copper recovery using a hammer mill as an experiment. I'm experimenting with different ways to recover copper from copper wires. I do have a wire stripper but I want to experiment with a different way to recover copper.

    a possible way to deal with the insulation is to feed it from the hammer mill into ur blue bowl directly with plenty of soap or jet dri. would require elevating ur hammer mill though. that way it doesnt get a chance to entangle itself with other insulation dropping into the bucket

    Dose the machine come with cooling system ! if so no heating problem then

      It does. But it only cools the motor and not the hammer mill chamber. I don't use a motor long enough for the need to water cool it.

      Very Nice, you might find the Way to take plastic and Copper apart on my Channel, Think there are both water and vacuum some where in there. Keep it up ❤
