I don't understand the lack of love for Brandon Powell. When exactly has he failed to come through? All I have seen from him is one clutch catch after another. He hasn't had a rash of drops, he appears to be a good endzone target, he's great on scooping up low passes, and I've seen him catch sideline shots. He knows what he's doing out there, and his hands are dead reliable. Why so few targets this season?
Looking forward to Bears game. watched many a game. Spent Friday and Saturday watching the prep bowl. It’s great to see these young men competing in these championship games. I have a son who coaches one of the teams and two Grandsons who play on the team. High School is were it starts so these kids deserve a lot of credit for giving all they got to the great American game of Football. After each game sportsmanship is on display wether they win or lose. It’s great to watch them compete because they love the game.
I feel the new Bears OC has told Williams to improvise more because he's historically effective off script. I have concerns of Williams hurting us with his legs. If we don't turn over the ball we should roll 27-9..SKOL!
Wr have speedy LBs which should keep Caleb in check. But he will scramble for at least 1 1st down. I hope they got some good practice outside this week too. Skol Vikings 🙏
Side note diffrence between knowledgeable people Lions & Vikings vs good teams, very little separation Lions & Vikings vs poor teams big difference ( do the research) Vikings numbers numbers are above their avg vs good teams The lions gaudy numbers take a big tumble Lions are padding their stats vs bad teams To me they are neck and neck level wise both have adv over each other in certain categories I will say its more important for the Vikings to get the division and hold home field adv, whereas Lions have a bit more leeway if they are a wildcard team( built for the pounding on the road) Having said that
The Lions and their fans are in for a rude awakening come playoff time. They think they are going to win the Super Bowl, most Vikings fans are just along for the unexpected ride.
Have to bring this up Lions & Vikings are the 2 best teams in the NFC I know the media hype has eagles there as a #2 or maybe Packers The eagles have pummled terrible teams recently. They have also had one of easiest schedules in the NFC( SOS) Other than packers in a well fought game 1 - lots of holes for both those teams in that game And they lost to TB,AtL beat a good Was team that couldnt stick a nail in the Eagles when they had them down.....other than those 2 wins most of their wins have been vs bottom feeders Watch the next few games Rams,Bal , Pit, Was with a easy gm vs Car in there....watch them drop out of the divisional lead.... Now Saqoun Barkley can lead them to victory in those tough games....he really is the only reason they are in a playoff hunt at all.......they have a deep team with many flaws but i doubt their stamina in the playoffs
Parity is the new norm in the NFL , even bad teams can beat good teams Having said that this game is more about building to the next level for the Vikings, establishing the run game(multiple backs) Red Zone efficiency- good test here Both scoring + running the ball in Seeing OLine gel more
I have a weird feeling about this game i feel like the vikings are going dog walk the bears and run up the score. I think the defense is going to have field day with the trash OL and rookie QB
Josh Oliver is out / O-line sucks at run blocking...and the Bears D is strong vs. the pass. I'm not liking the way this game is shaping up. Vikes 13 Bears 10
When healthy Kelce was head n shoulders above all TE( looks like hes lost a gear this year) Kittle when healthy was a distant 2nd ( hes not healthy) Tj Hockenson when healthy was a clear 3rd best TE His speed and hands and his football IQ make him one of the best TEs when healthy
@ Great question, I think he is worth it. I would rather pay that than lose him. Tag him, then negotiate a long term deal. Harrison Smith will be gone after this year. Will probably start Theo Jackson, so I would want to keep Bynum around. Plus, someone will pay him like Xavier McKinney last offseason. @@blakeharre8283, I don't think the Vikings will do it. I think the Vikings will commit more money to RB, guard, and DT first. I think the Vikings sign him outright before placing the FT on Bynum.
What I'm afraid about is this the bears it's in Chicago and even if they have both good teams it doesn't matter these games are miserable last year I think they took it off of the air before the game was over and then put it back on towards the end cuz it got interesting but it basically sucked That's a typical bears Vikings game I'm going on 46 I've been a Vikings fan since I was probably eight My whole life but that's when I started paying attention around the years of Anthony Carter

Only thing the Vikings should concern themselves with is the sandlot that is Soldier Field. Notoriously the worst playing surface in the NFL. But they still have had success there. Won the last two times that they've played there in fact.
Cmon KOC get some better rotation going in game! Ie. Trent Sherfield , Ty chandler and would have been nice to have Tyrese Robinson get some reps instead of Risner ! Oh but wait he was poached by another NFL team and he was our best graded guard in camp and preseason.😡
What does an 'unleashed' Hockenson look like? He is not a Travis Kelce, Tony Gonzalez or Antonio Gates, an athletically fast play-maker making plays down the field. Are we hoping to have more check-downs for Hockenson and his big catch radius?
@@All22Jim If someone sneezes near him he goes flying, he is not making plays after the catch like Kelce in his prime, his football knowledge is not bunk at all.

I happen to agree! Nailer has been very suspect since the rams game
I’m leaving, Judd just gave his pick and he is the only one I care about!

Probably another ugly win, but still a win. 20-13 Vikings.
