You can now get alpha adrenergic sprays over the counter. Nasacort/fluticasone is also now over the counter. There's a host of new monoclonals now. It's crazy how fast medicine is changing man! Great lecture! Alpha agonists used after or before the neti pot is amazing. Steaming your bedding with high temperature steam can kill most dust mites.

    Isn't hepa high-efficiency particulate-arresting? Particulate-arresting sounds so dramatic:
"Stop right there, Kitty Dander! You're under arrest for inciting inflammatory behavior. You have the right to . . .
(Apologies. I find the strangest things funny when I'm sleep deprived).
Many sincere thanks for these superb lectures, Doc. Merci mille fois!

7:09 - another good info for the dust mites: put your bed in a place where air can circulate well; and choose a bed without a frame (just standing on the feet); and encassings means: for the matress, the duvet, and the pillow! and DONT go for the cheap ones the insurance pays - acc. to experts most of them are garbage; and wash your duvet and pillows every 4 months (make sure to buy stuff that you can wash at 60°C)
=> having an allergy is expensive
EDIT: 12:51 "Believe me they are everywhere and prolly crawling on you in this moment", well, that's also a way to trigger phobias
