7:09 - another good info for the dust mites: put your bed in a place where air can circulate well; and choose a bed without a frame (just standing on the feet); and encassings means: for the matress, the duvet, and the pillow! and DONT go for the cheap ones the insurance pays - acc. to experts most of them are garbage; and wash your duvet and pillows every 4 months (make sure to buy stuff that you can wash at 60°C) => having an allergy is expensive EDIT: 12:51 "Believe me they are everywhere and prolly crawling on you in this moment", well, that's also a way to trigger phobias
