CP 7012 leads CPKC 247 at Morton Grove... plus stuck brake and Amtrak Hiawatha

A rather exciting leader for 247 today, with a problematic boxcar that gave them issues just out of Bensenville, all the way onto Rondout where they finally set it out. First a runaround hose, then stuck brakes as you'll see toward the end of the video.
