I think for someone whos not working out of a professional shop, and basically working on your garage floor, and a cardboard box your amazing ,cant wait to see the next little 8 hour project.
Wow that looks great Rob thanks to you I bought some of that tube seal from Amazon unbelievable 25 ft for $10 a steal.I was amazed how tight it fits on the u channel side excellant holding design and they also sell a right angle design too. I used a rubber mallet to smack it on and it really worked well on an old boatmotor cover. Thanks for the tip! Oh & I said the same thing now he has to polish the radiator to match that filler piece, LOL!
What a surprise to see this! I have the same exact problem and was wondering how to address it. I have a Be Cool in my 57. It doesn’t start getting warm till around 95 degrees out side At 100 it depends on whether I’m sitting at a light or not. I have the shroud, now I know how to attach it. Thank you!
Looks great! I ran a .030 over 327 with a .480 lift cam & the same heads as Steve has in my 56. It had a stock radiator and I don't remember it running hot even without a shroud. When I put a 406 in it was a different story.
I'm wondering if you took some cardboard to make a template and cut some sheet metal up. You could pull it off I don't know if it will work but it's worth a try.

I have a .060 overbore 327 similar to Steve's and I have had no overheating issues. Your quality of work is incredible!!!!
Excellent work!!

I must be missing something????
We might have to call you the foose of okc
Everything in the shop is a tool
Why not just move the whole shroud down , redrill a few holes 🤦🏻
Because of the fan. If the shroud goes down, the fan hits it.
