They took a one-second sample, looped it over and over, and trough instrumentation and reharmonization, turned into a completely different song that doesn't get boring, even though in paper it sounds like it should. Kind of like Around the World, wich doesn't get boring for basically the same reason despite being just the same talkbox loop for seven minutes.
This is one of those songs with deliberately distorted or vocoded vocals where people will straight up punch you in the face because they hear something different than you and it's like, holy crap, people CHILL.
