The best farewell gift Roland Grapow could give to his former band, and the most beautiful track of the album. This song is an acceptation and a deliberate emphatization of all the ugly emotions and negative actions that people usually declare to hate and deny. We all hate evil thoughts, hypocrisy, violence, blood, but we don't realize that we just hate ourselves so powerless to amend us... if we are evil, why we cannot be so without ignore that fact, and we don't let us falling deep inside our cruelty? Even if the final chorus give us a message of hope and faith, I can however feel in the music the slow caothic vortex of pain, sorrow and oblivion where the message comes from, greeting us in a long farewell. People need of cute and nice thoughts to believe in something, people need to see only beautiful things and men of power know this too well . But we cannot amend ourselves without truly see what at least we are. This song is an hymn of pure and absolute acceptation and cruel honesty. One of the most serious and dramatic song of this frilly, stupid, demential but majestic and wonderfull band. Isn't it a wonder? This helloween song has the best guitar solo ever. Great example of what Roland Grapow can do. But he was pushed to the wall by Weikath not to do so until finally fired. :(

The way the music unfolds at 5:18 is brilliant. You're expecting a soft, mellow guitar solo, then suddently 5:31 hits you like a train.
