The "Corner Shot" isn't a gun from "Wanted" although that's where most non gun people probably saw it first. It's a system that you place a gun into, that enables you to see around corners designed in the early 2000's by an Israeli named Amos Golan in cooperation with American investors. Sorry to be that guy but didn't want people thinking it was a gun instead of a machine you put a gun into.
I can believe hitting that RPG trigger with a bullet to some degree. But as cool as the spinning car exit looks, some physics are overlooked. The car is spinning. That means the objects and inhabitants of the car are spinning too. If you could successfully exit without getting hit by the spinning vehicle, you'll still be spinning. That's why when you see somebody jump from a moving vehicle, they keep on rolling.
@@mgordon1100Mythbusters pretty thoroughly busted the RPG scene as well. 1 it has a timer fuse, so it cannot go off til it gets closer to the target 2 the momentum and mass of the RPG + the shape of the charge are designed to drive the Shockwave and shrapnel forward into the target and perpendicular to its path. If a trigger malfuntion did allow the bullet to detonate the RPG, it's still unlikely she would have been engulfed
@jerryfick613 Your second point is well taken. Movie magic was certainly at play for an instant payoff. She deserved to be blown up. As for your first point, there are two types of grenades. One is the timed detonation that you spoke of, and the other is an impact detonation. We can safely assume that this is the impact because that's how it worked in the scene. To be honest, I knew nothing about RPG's until you posted. I had to look it up. I'm interested in the Mythbusters segment on this though.

I ADORE this movie! I watch it all the time. Red 2 is awesome, too! Both movies are hilarious!
FYI. Part of Red was shot in Toronto. The library they visit is Toronto Reference Library on Yonge just north of Bloor.
You know you now have to react to the sequel! I will be looking forward to it
Criminally underrated film
Nice Aussie accents guys. I forgot Urban was in this film! Actually I forgot I enjoyed this film at all. Thanks for reacting to this. Lotsa fun!
Never seen this film before. Here i was thinking you guys were taking a break from DC with a bruce willis film and to my suprise a DC logo popped up.😂
Seriously though, great film. Don't know how i missed this. Awesome reaction.
The first time we watched this, my date said, "Who had Helen Mirren in the garage with Ma Deuce?" I new she was going to be mine from that moment! LOL
great movie!!! Shout out Bruce Willis man!!
Finally you watched RED its my go to weekend movie....
Check out In The Line of Fire with Malkovich & Clint Eastwood.
OH MY GOD I DIDN'T THINK ANYONE WOULD REACT TO THIS. I SCREAMED IN MY CHAIR LOOOOL
OH MY GOSSSHHH FINALLYYYY i couldn't find a good reaction to this and its one of my fav movies!!!!
One of my personal favorite movies in my top 10 right along with Red 2 you guys definitely have to tune into that one
I really love this movie ! They did such a phenomenal job with it. I don't understand why it gets so much hate!.❤
I think it’s one of those gems that becomes a sleeper/cult classic that has aged well- loving the 2000’s nostalgia- takes me back to my misspent youth & simpler times “remember when they made movies on film” oh hell yeah I’ve kept vhs & DVD copies of my absolute fave movies as well as digitally - i don’t even have a DVD player currently but I refuse to get rid of them cos I treasure them (same with my comics my biggest “collection” is my alltime fave movie The Crow with the late inimitable Brandon Lee; never ever watched any sequel or series as it feels like blasphemy & the movie is just timeless & still holds up today esp in the pantheon of comic movie adaptations the practical & cg effects still hold up (just my opinion) big love ya lovelies & super sexy rejects from the UK👩🏽🦽❤️🩹🫶🏼
I love how much fun this movie is and how much fun you both had!
Got to keep it going now - "Red 2"
26:28 "just a few household chemicals in the proper proportions"
After Red you gotta watch The Whole Nine Yards with Bruce Willis and Matthew Perry
I was equally surprised and delighted to see this in my YT feed! You bois are amazing and I’m psyched to see your reaction to this underrated action masterpiece!
Star Wars guys, it was a Star Wars reference lol
Great reaction
Its very rare for someone to pull off a Van Dyke goatee, but Coy does it
For me Red works as I’m older and have watched all these actors in all kinds of roles, yeah the script is a bit comedic but all I see is great actors having fun and not taking the work too seriously
Love this movie. Watched it with my mother all the time. This is what sold me on Bruce Willis as an actor. That sounds weird to say actually.😅
You need to watch RED 2!!! So happy you guys watched this one. We love watching Red and Red 2.
Wow just started but before it gets too far in I just have to say I love that you guys are doing this film. I think it's an unashamed blast. Can't believe I didn't see this one coming.
Malkovich said " he twitched".
So glad you guys reacted to RED,it is a good movie and quite funny,RED 2 is just as good,in my opinion,Loved all your hilarious comments as well.I hope you get around to watching the 2nd one.
The ensemble cast in this film, young and old, was just top-notch!!!!
LOVE THIS!!!!😁👌
I think they killed Morgan Freeman because he didn't have long time to live, but it was pretty random.
Yeah that's how I already read that scene, but they did make it kind of clunky.
It wasn't random at all. It was the plan for them to escape. Frank shot Joe.🤷🏾♀️🇺🇦
The plan is for Morgan Freeman to disguise himself as Bruce Willis and surrender to distract the enemies while Bruce Willis and others escape. But the enemies shot and killed Morgan Freeman because they thought hes Bruce Willis.
@@mannylugz5872 Wow, thanks for that. It's almost like I was talking about writers and not the characters. Which was obvious if you watched the video.
Used to watch this movie all the time. Such a fantastic cast, and it's such shame we don't have Bruce for longer.
That jab to the throat is meant to dislodge the Adam's Apple that obstructs breathing leading to death by suffocation.
Have you guys reviewed THE LONG KISS GOODNIGHT with sam jackson and Gina davis?
This movie is criminally underrated. Just a lot of fun with so many great actors having a good time lol
15:38 loved the Spongebob reference 😂
Such a great movie. Red 2 is good also
That mermaid man comment made me chuckle lol.
I really appreciate that paranoid Malkovich got the right girl. 18:40
