His performance is gorgeous considering that he requires a translator to carry on a conversation in English even though he understands it well but has trouble speaking it. He speaks the Philipino broken english, but being self taught is also singing in English, Italian and Chinese. Possible more by now. He grew up on the streets from age 7, and now is married and a father! His ambition serves him well in whatever he does!
Marcelito makes it easy because he can. He is a singing angel on earth. For me, this is his absolute masterpiece, something of crystal clear sung, the bright madness

I thought it was fake at first but found he's for real. He won Philippines got talent with that song. Check out Morissette Amon, she's considered the Mariah Carey of the Philippines. Very powerful withe great range. Charice is very good as well. The Philippines may have cornered the market for singers. It makes sense in a country where there's a karaoke machine in every house.
