Nice video, thanks for the new info. I did not know this, not once has sedum come up in my searches for foraged medicinal & edibles. I shall try a nibble when it stops pouring rain. I'll pot one up to bring in for winter and see how she does for fresh nibbles til spring comes again. I was very surprised how well a Yarrow plant did near a sunny window, it got bushy and fern like, tall and makes a nice houseplant too, as did my tomatoes and peppers that I brought in for winter, they produced (slooowly) all winter in a room with no direct heat and only a few hours of morning sun. The smell of a tomato plant in your house, in the middle of winter....sigh... brush you hand across the leaves and the whole house smells like Summer 🥰
