This easy to follow, step by step video will show you how to safely disassemble and assemble your Samsung Galaxy Tab S2 8.0 so you can repair your phone all by yourself!
Very detailed . I hope I don't have to disassemble mine to this extent ! I will be attempting the replacement of the charging jack in a few days .. hopefully removing the back will give me the access I will need. Time will tell !
@@Repairsuniverseusa no sir there were no screws on my back cover. I used a 3" suction cup to open a gap on the bottom edge near the UBS plug and had a plastic tool that I used to pry up the plastic tabs along the edges. There were about 25 tabs in all (and a few in the center and inside near the camera lens). The tabs hold the cover in place place fairly tight but eventually pop loose. I shaved off a few bits of plastic off some tabs but my cover snapped back in place well enough. I had to replace a battery that was swelling up after 3 1/2 years of use.
@@juxtapos99 Some service guy told us today that the only way to replace battery or replace charge socket in s2 is to remove the screen. Are you sure it is possible to reach the battery from the back side?
