You may want to clean your battery terminals. 😆

Interesting side hustle. Couple things I wanted to point out:
First off, you likely will not be seriously injured by a car battery, or a typical 12v automotive electrical system. Direct Current (DC) systems like these run at a relatively low voltage, and while they are *capable* of pretty high current (amps) your body's skin resistance is high enough to prevent high current from flowing through you. There are other ways automotive electrical systems can be dangerous (leaking batteries, electrical shorts that can cause fires, etc), but you will likely not be injured by the electricity itself.
Which leads me to my second thing (and, I admit, this is me being as pedantic as possible): people misuse the word 'electrocuted' all the time. To be electrocuted means you are now dead - i.e., you died as the result of a very strong electrical current passing through your body. In this video you meant 'shocked', which is not the same.
Finally, I'd love to know how you got the non-working mopeds to the storage unit? Hangin' out the trunk of your Corolla?
Also: what does the storage unit place think of you setting it up as a small shop?

I have a truck that i transport them with, and no i haven’t had issues with the storage unit owners yet, i try to keep to myself and not make it too obvious that i set Up shop in there, but as long as they’re paid and i don’t damage anything, they said I’d be fine
