Before you stress about the Notary Tax in the example, there is a limit on how much they can charge which is much lower than what I've shown in this video. I opted to leave it as is considering it as a conservative estimate covering non considered expenses. Happy Analysis day!
This is my secondary channel, but will include Italian real estate all the same. I've begun to separate this video format from my travel experiences, so make sure to subscribe to this channel as well! Have you visited Lake Como? What was your favorite thing about it? And what kind of property did you stay in?
I had a hard time finding you, I realized I wasn't getting notifications from you, I even asked Super Savey Traveler where you were but, she hasn't gotten back to me yet and luckily I found you under Italian real estate and I had your name wrong. I don't remember but, it looks like you changed your name but, its all good I'll be watching again and great video by the way!
You can definitely buy for less than 100k, but with limited options. Defining 'The Como Area' as a lake view.. it's not easy. Within 20-30 minutes of the city of Como.. Yes. www.idealista.it/immobile/20218310/ This property is in Albavilla. East of Como about 20 minutes, but still in the zone of lakes in a lesser known village. Just as a quick example. I've never inspected it, but it looks like it needs a roof renewal. Not suggesting this property without further due diligence 😆 but could most likely be accomplished for less than 100k.
@@dauvotrending thanks for that.. Will look into it.. I am looking at your 1euro properties too, lot of information about available property.. what you think is the best way to go about seeing these properties personally if I take a trip to Italy..
No, but what is decent ? Anywhere in a village with travel connections and facilities, ( in the province of Como which has 600,000 inhabitants total,) a 2, or 3 bedroom house unrenovated would be 180,000- 250,00. This channel is talking nonsense Airbnb is saturated.

This is exactly what I would be looking for

Poor video editing. Very dizzy to watch. Control the mouse better. I quit watching.
