This is the routine used by Manchester United for the 2017/18 season for goalkeepers like David De Gea and Sergio Romero.

David de gea warming up is for sure one of the best goalkeeper pre match training, with Emiliano Alvarez taking him through one of the best goalkeeper match warm ups. De gea training videos and de gea best saves in training videos are very limited, so this gives us an insight into david de gea goalkeeper with David de gea training.
