David De Gea 2022 Warm Up | Man U Goalkeeper Training

Today's video is the seventh Warm Up video of the season, featuring David De Gea Man Utd goalkeeper. Footage of Man Utd goalkeeper training is limited, so this video of a professional goalkeeper warm up will give you an excellent insight to Man U goalkeeper training. This is the first of many 2022 goalkeeper warm up that I will record, and the first Spain and Manchester United goalkeeper warm up of the season. This provides a view to Premier League goalkeeper training through one of the best goalkeeper warm ups. There are a ton of fantastic goalkeeper warm up drills used in this video, which showcase some of De Gea best saves. During this warm up, we see De Gea at his best. De Gea Manchester United goalkeeper warms up before a Premier League clash, in which De Gea played a great game as the Man U goalkeeper.

Don't get me wrong David de gea is a sensational goalkeeper. But I do see some poor technical skills and habits. Things that I struggled with but am trying to correct. For instance at 11:20 he makes a save that should be switched to the low hand position. My coach told me that if I continue to use that blocking technique for low powerful shots eventually I'm gonna break my wrists and idk if he's not trying or am I missing something but somewhere at the start 2 consecutive easy low catches were just palmed away. He did seem pissed. But all professionals make mistakes in the end. I just thought that the standard during the warmup would maybe be a bit higher and a bit more effort would be put in.
