How are you shifting?
That's a really great drive. I've always wanted to be a Professional race driver. But due to the lack of financial support and opportunities I can't do it though. Hopefully someday
Without any financial backing it's very difficult. But try to do the odd race here and there, even that is very much worth it

And how do you train the right mindset?
Started karting at 14, but it is common for drivers to begin as young as 8. It's still the preferred way to learn but many youngsters are now using simulators to get lots of track time in addition to their karting programmes. The issue with motorsport, is the very high cost associated with it. This has to be managed and you have to work with the right team and people. For mindset, it's important to have a good mentor or study this aspect. This helps not only in Motorsport, but the rest of ones life. That's what we love about motorsport as it develops discipline, fair play, hard work and passion
I've never been interested in motorsport before but after attending racing events and trying a simulator found it very exciting. Also it's good to be inspired by achievements and hard work of other people especially now when many things change around. Ok, l won't take your time. Thank you for your replies.

Thank you! Yes without a good level of experience and a thorough understanding of the technique required, it's not possible. We believe that a good fundamental understanding of what it takes to drive fast helps our drivers to excel in new environments where practice time is limited. To have success it's important to have the right mindset. This is achieved by dealing with issues which there will always be in a professional manner and to keep a positive outlook on the race weekend. Also to prepare the car well in terms of set up and to be able to look after it over a stint by not overheating the tyres. And above all, to enjoy the privilege and share that passion with others, especially with the younger generation
