Thank You Luke for doing your due diligence and research related to my encounter. It was a pleasure to speak with you regarding this matter and I never felt pressured by your questions for more detail. Your recreation of my encounter was simply amazing for my family to view as you were able to provide them with a visual representation of what occurred, instead of my audible retelling of the story - as your video would be the first time my youngest Son heard what happened a few years ago. Also, your subscribers have been a true gift as they have provided me with a wealth of reading material and documentaries to watch, as well as sharing their own personal experiences. In closing, I learned early in my Management career that the one thing that you could not come back from was if you lost your credibility. Once you lose it, nobody will ever trust or believe you again. As I get older and look at the way our society seems to be heading, truth and credibility will be hot commodities in the future. My best to you, your family, and the WarTimeStories family!

Chad thank you for sharing your experiences. I fully believe you, when you say what you thought you saw.
But let me say the same thing I said in the video on it.
First your dream is pretty non discriptive and typical end of the world Alien invasion dream. That could be brought on by anything such as just an active imagination.
The first UFO sighting very well might have been just a smoke cloud. Since you had UFO on your mind your mind made you see a UFO. Same thing in people that see the face on the Rock on Mars, people look for paterns that arent really there.
The 2nd one was possible a natural phenomenon but since it was your sons birthday that may have put the dream in the back of your mind. Then again with that in your subconscious seeing that spot made you think UFOs.
Thus very reasonale rational explinations for it all but to the Observer (ie in this case you) feels super natural. Your reaction is completely normal, justified in fact to me.
Now I have no clue whats in that second photo, so I cant dismiss Alien craft, but more often than not these things end up with being very normal and uninteresting. Until that uninteresting normal answer is found I understand your reason for being spooked by this

Thank you for sharing Chad. I feel your theoretical intuition about what happened to you and why all these sightings are happening recently is very close to correct. The deeper you delve into the subject of high strangeness and ufos you see quite often a pattern. It seems The veil that separates this reality is being lifted more frequently.

As well, considering the fact that his dream was terrifying, it makes sense that if you suddenly see the thing from your nightmares in front of you-you’re gonna have more of a shock response than a spectator one (hence, not taking out your camera). Fear has a way of paralyzing people. It’s just innate. You’re assessing whether you’re in danger or not, and what you should do about it. Not be like most idiots when they see a bear and think it’s safe to just get close and snap a photo (as we know how those encounters turn out). I gander it’s the same for UFO encounters. Just fear and awe hijacking our nervous system.

I go into all such stories with a "suspend disbelief" attitude, keeping the mindset of, "What if what I am about to hear were actually true?" Because if the story made it to this point at all, then someone has already lent it some credibility. I really admire your forthcoming nature, but I don't expect you to ever have to explain yourself. Keep 'em coming, my friend. If a fake one occasionally gets through, then let it serve simply as food for thought. All good.

    My personal UFO story:
My extended family all owned a cabin up near park Rapids in northern Minnesota. Around the 4th of July we'd all go up there to celebrate. The cabin wasn't big or lavish, basically 2 trailer homes merged into one single story building, it was always a tight squeeze to get everyone in there at once. The cabin overlooks a fairly placid lake that sits in a sink where the lake sits in a depression that was probably formed by glaciersduring the ice age, the weather was almost always nice and there wasn't even many mosquitoes to bother us.
One night, as all my uncles were sitting around the fire drinking they all saw something we would never forget. A ball of what I can only describe as pale yellow light swooped low over the lake. I was inside trying to sleep, but was alerted by yells of "woah" as it came right at them. It seemed to be only a hundred feet or less off the ground, by the time it reached our cabin it looked to be barely over the tops of the pine trees that seemed to grow everywhere.
The most perplexing part is it was completely silent. Planes rarely flew in that area, only a handful of single prop civilian planes would ever be seen or heard, and the deep sink the lake was situated would have amplified any noise it made. It was like the spotlight of a helicopter, clearly a very intense light so bright no one could discern any shape or features of the craft itself, just the light that dominated from it. It was moving at something like 40 miles per hour, probably too slow for a plane either, and seemed to swoop lower as it came over the water as if its height was dependent on a fixed distance to the earth.
Someone had the bright idea to fire off fireworks at it (again, it was nearly the 4th of july) and we had some seriously powerful ones from across the border to Wisconsin, which had more lax laws on fireworks than Minnesota. The fireworks went off a bit too late, but any plane would have been illuminated by the explosions. They half expected sparks to come raining down but it seemed unbothered.
We all thought that was it, our UFO story. We saw something weird, and no one would believe us. Luck would have it that it wouldn't be the last time we saw strange lights in the sky, because literally the next night we saw something even more captivating.
At this point, everyone wanted to see the UFO, so we all stayed up until around 1 in the morning, watching and waiting. Sure enough, we saw something. This time, however, it wasn't just a single light. Now there were 3. They were just above the treeline on the other side of the lake, all slowly moving from left to right almost perfectly across from our cabin.
Now, I know what the skeptics will say (I should know, I'm still very skeptical myself) and say it was any number of things, from balls of burning swamp gas, lightning, flares, weather balloons, ect. But I was uniquely lucky to have the very people I'd pick to identify anything in the sky. One of my uncles had been in the navy aboard an aircraft carrier, and another had been in the air force itself and now was an aircraft mechanic for one of the big comnercial companies, he lit a lighter to check the direction of the wind, and confirmed the objects were going against, not with, what little wind there was. Both of them could tell you what plane was overhead just by the sound.
Then there was our neighbor. He was an extremely friendly man, very charming and personable, who spent most of his time up at his cabin a few hundred or so feet from ours. No one would have guessed, but one night after a number of beers he admitted to my uncles he had been in the CIA. I'm not sure when, but probably during the cold war by his age. By his demeanor he was probably intelligence, I imagine he could get anyone to say something they shouldn't after a beer or two just by being so nice and charismatic. He had no idea what it could have been, and he got out a camera with a ridiculously large lens on a tripod every night afterwards in the hopes of capturing one on film.
Between those 3, we were still at a loss to what those things were. My mechabic uncle called a buddy at the FAA to ask what, if anything, was in the air that night in the area but there was nothing logged as having been anywhere near us that late at night. We also contacted local weather stations to ask if their balloons had been up that night but the idea was similarly dismissed.

Bingo!! You explained much better thank I could. I’ve been robbed at gunpoint, grew up around crime and violence, but all of that is child’s play when you see a craft in broad day light sitting above the pine tree tops. I realized later that I went into a state of shock.

    • @00bankz24

@@chadjohnson6229 damn same here! Haven’t been robbed at gun point but I’ve been locked up and grew up around violence as well and still seems relatively normal. But what I saw in the night sky was far from normal. Far from logical. 2 noiseless perfectly round lights or orbs dancing in the sky. Then it was as if whatever the hell these things were knew I was there because 2 turned into one and it stopped doing its little light show and stopped on a dime for a few seconds then proceeded to drift across the tree tops going northeast behind my house. I mean I consciously could feel it feel my presence. I was already a mild believer before this but ever since that night I’ve been on a mission to see these things again. Before that was probably 10 years ago and luckily had a witness for that time. What looked like a star at first caught my attention in the corner of my eye then I thought maybe a plane when In the blink of an eye it shot a thousand miles an hour into the opposite direction. I immediately turned around to see if the guy smoking his cigarette behind me saw what I just saw and yup…..jaw to the floor and looked freaked out. I’ve pretty much stopped telling anyone of my peers these stories because nobody takes it seriously and thinks I’m exaggerating. I don’t exaggerate. I hate liars. So it really gets on my nerves how people are so dismissive and so called experts are so obtuse on the matter. They’re real. 100%. Now if they’re from another world or dimension or maybe some sort of government/military experimental Ariel device idk…but I completely understand where you’re coming from. The last thing on your mind is take a picture. What is on your mind is “What…..the…..hell am i looking at?!”

      @chadjohnson6229 Рік тому +3

@@00bankz24 Your absolutely correct Sir! When you see something with your own eyes and have that kind of experience, it stays with you. You can’t go back to “normal” and pretend it didn’t happen. Usually people will change the subject or get real quiet when I try and tell them what happened. I understand why, it’s because they can’t relate because they have never had a similar experience. Luckily for me I didn’t see either craft move - I can’t imagine seeing it move at that rate of speed like you did! With the 1st sighting, it never even entered my mind to take a photo, or alert my Son. It freaked the out! I spent 2 weeks at home (I’m semi retired) trying to convince myself that it didn’t happen. I only took a photo of the 2nd craft because it was much further away from my vantage point. In hindsight, I should have gotten out of my car and took video as well - but based on my 1st experience, I didn’t have the balls to screw around with these things. I guess what we are all experiencing is swamp gas or weather balloons…. Thank You Sir for sharing your encounter! And once others begin to have these same experiences, I guess the laughing and skepticism will end.

The sentiments in this video are exceptionally admirable, kudos for being intelligent to realize 'it sometimes isn't the errors of minutiae that disprove a story'. I am approaching 70 now, and have, in many ways, lived the life equivalent of 10-men. My memory is still sharp, but there's so much there...that many 'extraordinary things' that happened to me, did so before I turned 20...that's a big closet to dig through, to accurately recall every detail from.I was orphaned as a child, an exceptional IQ that 'isolated me' in many ways. I joined the Marines at 18, am a combat-veteran (as well as retired from the Corps). I hold 3-college degrees, and during my civilian career, worked for not one, but two Fortune 500 Companies. In such company, you don't discuss 'having seen giant creatures' or finding 'giant prints' when young. While it may 'steel your nerves' in other aspects, it also tends to limit your career potentials to 'sanitation worker' or 'fast food worker'. I was 55, when I first opened up to anyone about any of it, and only then, it was to my wife...who I'd known since we were teenagers. Even on the sharpest minds, time is a savage mistress. My stories will most-likely never be told in public, as only from my wife's mouth will they ever be repeated...but for some, they need such venues, of others listening, understanding...but most importantly, believing what they say. 'Modern Fiction Writers' are assassins to these people, as a result. If you 'fictionally created the story', own that fact! Many have become very wealthy from such work. Don't claim 'your fiction' as fact, or another's fact as 'your fiction'. It's theft, and worse yet, you steal from those who endured the real events, without a care over what you've stolen!

Hi Luke! Love your channel! About 10 years ago my husband and I were driving on a road in upstate SC when I noticed a large volleyball shaped sphere in the sky. Though we were within the city limits and close to small airport, the sphere looked nothing like the usual planes and helicopters that we had scene before flying in and out of this small airport. The sphere looked to be bright, but not too bright. It appeared to be lit from within not glowing/shining outwardly. It didn’t shine any lights, etc. We observed it for probably 3 or so minutes as we drove. It never seemed to move, but as we drove it would appear sometimes through the trees, sometimes in the open depending on the spot we were in the road. At one point the trees obscured it and when went around a curve in the road where it should have reappeared, it was gone! It was quite large in comparison to the trees and surroundings, and was not high in the sky, but lower and closer to the ground as i looked out the windshield not up! I know this isn’t a very exciting experience and honestly not very noteworthy, but I wanted to share it anyway, as my husband and I still talk about that strange incident. I don’t think we’ll ever forget it! Thank you again for your stories! Keep up the good work!

Same here! I was out one night in February taking a leak (we live in the country) when I spotted an object just hanging in the night sky. Finally thinking about a photo, I realized I had left my phone inside. Somehow I knew if I went to retrieve it, the object would be gone. Sure enough, it was. This time, with my phone and a daughter in tow, we searched for it and found it had moved approximately 90 degrees away in the sky and slightly farther away. I knew a photo would prove nothing, so we just watched it for a long while, said “huh, wow” and went back inside. A check an hour later showed it had disappeared altogether.

tl:dr Thank you for being compassionate even to those who's actions may not deserve it.
I really appreciate the way you frame "what if someone sends me something not true" and your explanation of why you don't judge. Disclaimer, I don't support truly sending made up stories to a channel especially like yours, when there's plenty of nosleep type channels created for that exact reason. However, I could understand WHY someone does it, and it will never be your fault, ever.
Because of both mental issues and physical abuse, I'm an extreme compulsive liar, and I'm VERY good at it (I convince myself of the lies, to where I establish them into my "history," full well knowing the truth.) As I've grown up and older, I've been able to mitigate this by being very honest with my loved ones, letting them know my issues: that sometimes thing slip no matter how hard I'm trying, and that I will need to either correct myself while still in conversation, or go back to it later and admit to it.
While my own reasons for me compulsively doing this and trying to work against it are deeply individual, I do understand where a lot of it comes from, and at the core of any lie, no matter from where or how big, it's a need, practically a cry, for attention. As humans we all need affection and love, and if lying is what gets it, then that's what our brain is going to train us to do. Attention and praise from a known and respected member of a community (like you) is ALWAYS going to be very high up there, and going to cause a person to want to keep seeking it, no matter what.
Again, I'm not condoning the actions, and I truly hope it doesn't actually happen, but I understand why it might, and I truly, from the bottom of my heart, appreciate how you approached the topic with grace instead of belittlement. While the actions of those who might lie aren't noble in any way, and should be understood as cries for attention, you still have the grace to say what you said, and as someone who's dealt with navigating my own issues, I REALLY appreciate it. I've dreamt of UFOs and aliens many times but it never occured to me to be anything but a strange dream.
I had an episode, which lasted for a few months, were I was experiencing so called "sleep paralisysis".
once or twice a week, I would wake up, in the middle of the night, to see a dark, man-sized being, standing in my room, coming straight towards me to "attack" me or press me down onto my bed.
I could never move, scream or do anything but watch the being, as it swiftly moves towards me.
everytime the "attack" happened, I would "wake up" but I would be in the exact position, looking at the exact direction I was looking just a moment before, when I had the "dream".
I use these quotation marks, because it never felt like a dream to me but very, veeeery real.
these events, though being very sporadic, scared me so much that, being about 25 at that time, I was afraight of going to bed or falling asleep.
I would stay awake for as long as possible, to become so tired, that I somehow would not have this "sleep paralysis" thing happen to me.
after a few months, it stopped happening to me.
there is a reason to why it stopped but it has nothing to do with the "paralysis" thing, so I don't feel like writing about it now.
if someone is interested in why it stopped, I will share what I did.
I also had an actual dream once, that haunts me to this day.
I was standing ontop of a tower of some sorts, I was looking at a deep red sky. the entire sky was full of planes, that looked like WWII bombers, all flying in unison into the same direction.
that scared me a lot... it felt like I had a vision of some upcoming great war or something... but that was maybe roughly 5 years ago and luckily nothing ever happend ;-)
but as the situation looks atm, a war in my country is more possible than ever... though, I am confident nothing will happen over here... at least I hope so...

Excellent episode again , but then again your work is outstanding all the time without exception. Having been a study of Dr./Prof Jacques Vallee's now for 20 plus years and knowing the criteria required to determine if strange phenomenon is real or not , i have not doubt that Chad's encounter was indeed real and that it really happened. That being said I'm interjecting a suggestion for you here Luke, and for anyone else out there whom might be interested in the UFO phenomenon , I strongly suggest picking up a copy of Jacques Vallee's book "TRINITY The Best Kept Secret" , It reveals what is probably the most well accounted and documented UFO incident that was never made public, I highly recommend this book. And as always I can't say enough good things about how much i love your channel, keep up the great work.

These, in my opinion, are among some of the most important war stories that need to be shared-at least the most relevant to our current times.
And by war stories, I mean the war between distinguishing the false subjective and the true objective reality. It is by raising awareness to these events and circumstances that others whom have experienced similar incidents can relate and network… And not feel so isolated and crazy, for lack of a better term. I am very thankful for these videos.
I myself had an experience in the Summer of 2011, in the mountains of North Alabama that altered the entire trajectory of my life. I have even inquired hypnotherapists for answers related to the event, just to make sure that what I saw was real, and I don’t have some false/screen memory of an event that didn’t happen. Since then, anomalous events have almost become the “normal” for my every day life.
Strange times we live in, indeed.

Maybe this is off topic, but speaking of trying to photo UFO the reason why there is usually never an really good video or photos of UFOs is the reality that modern cameras are not really as good as people think they are. To get a really clear shot of something you have to have the proper light levels and an absolute minimum of motion. Even expensive camera phones and DSLR cameras can have trouble with this. And taking images of anything at night increases this problem exponentially.
Not to go full sales critter here, but there is one bit of kit I would recommend for anyone interested in this kind of photography. DJI, the drone company, has made a series of gimbals that you can place your phone into that provide outstanding image stabilization. I got one of the slightly older models that cost me about $100 so they're pretty affordable as these things go.

I believe Chad... I've had VERY similar experiences. Even including dreams that eerily tied in with events that were happening in my real life. I believe those of us who are actually targeted by these entities, are targeted for a reason. Just as blood is a type of spiritual currency (i.e. Abel, Abraham, and others sacrificing lambs and other livestock to God in the bible)... I believe that those of us with a certain mental or moral constitution, or have a deeper understanding of (mostly unseen) things that we may not even quite know how to put into words, attract certain beings/entities that either want to turn us away from the truth of this world. OR they want to keep us quiet about the lie... My thoughts and prayers are with Chad, and anyone else who's experiencing such an ordeal. My advice for them would be to turn to God. I sincerely believe that our spiritual faith is the ONE weapon that these things are powerless to fight against.

    Luke
(my StepDad, Brother & Nephew are all LUKES! )
I kinda consider myself a connoisseur of all things "dreams, symbolisms & interpretations, thereof."
When dreaming of teeth, first a few important questions, to get down to the inner core of your best interpretation -
Is it your teeth? Are they ALL falling out, or just a few? Is it painful/bloody? Is it recurring (have you had it once, twice or a lot over the years? more in the last week/weeks?)
Our mouth is connected to communication. If you are dreaming of your teeth, specifically them falling out, it means that you are suppressing certain emotions/information, not expressing a certain emotion correctly or honestly, with oneself or someone specific. (as you learn more, you will find out who/what) Because of this, you are experiencing a form of loss, anxiety, depression, a feeling of powerlessness, self-doubt/self-control, and a need/desire to move on, toward the future. If this is the first time you're having a dream of this - it could be about your teeth & nothing more, or it really could mean that you are going through a mid-life crisis/fear of old age/dying, or anxiety of losing your youth, or something connected to it.
If you are having this dream, recurring more than once or twice, say five times, as of late - this is a popular omen, among ancient superstitious folklore, (which usually tends to be true, imho!) this could signify a great loss, either material or of a mortal one. If it is painful or bloody, it is the loss/death of something/someone very close to you, or of great significance. (ancient omens suggest the top teeth is of persons very close/family, and the bottom is friends, distant relatives, co-workers, etc) Again, it could mean something material signifying, the loss of property, a business deal, etc. Its not always death/loss, it could also mean a re-birth.
There are a lot of different interpretations of the teeth dreams, as they are a very common one.
The specifics of the dream & of you can change the meanings/omens/symbolisms, dramatically.
I did a Science Fair project on Dreams in 5th grade - I handed out polls, quizzes, etc. to everyone & anyone in my school, classmates, teachers, janitors, lunch ladies - you name it. It took me 3 whole months. I came in 2nd place!
Everyone loved the meanings, graphs/scales, interpretations & charts of their dreams, and all of the hidden meanings & signs that I uncovered for all of them. Even years afterwards, I STILL have ppl coming up to me, saying things that ended up happening to them IRL, or that certain things came true/didnt. Ever since, I try to keep up on everything dreams. The ancient Greeks astound me on their interpretations, really cool.
Also, I read tarot cards - I come from a long line of Irish travellers/gypsies. We have the sight, I suppose.
My Nan reads tea leaves, Mum reads palms, My Auntie does phrenology & I do tarot! ☮💟 ☯

Though I have never seen combat I have experienced many very painful experiences in life and suffer PTSD just from regular life (now that I think of it maybe its a good thing I didnt join). Anyway I say all that to offer some advice. Doctors and psychiatrists are good and all, but they never really did me much good until I found faith in God. I accepted Christ a couple years ago after hitting rock-bottom. Im not trying to shove my religion down your throat, I just want you to know that God cares. And if you ever get to the end of your rope please before you do anything you cant take back please at least try to cry out to God. Ask him to show himself to you. Even ask him to prove himself to you. You wont hurt his feelings. The worst thing that could happen is nothing right? He's been waiting for you.
