Greetings from Torrance! Fantastic table! Can't say the same about the players (just joking) I haven't played pool in 30yrs. Bought a beautiful birds eye maple stick that is still straight after all these years. My eyes were bad then and worse now, plus after having kids, lost the will to hang out in pool halls. Love your work, Thanks again for another day in your life!
It’s always nice to hear from you in Torrence, thanks for checking in. I’m a little rusty myself. You would think with all the tables I’ve built through the years I would be able to play pool a little better. Lol..
Some nice tables, I have to admit the one in your thumbnail I like best. That could be because I ride a Harley and have for years. The trick corner pocket was a good touch that I normally only find in sleazy bars with worn-out plywood tables.
The Harley Davidson table does have a cool felt. The guy who ordered it, owes pirate motor sports. They build high end Harleys. The pockets are tricky, but I’ve stretched enough felt to figure out the best ways to do it. I appreciate the comment and you watching. It’s guys like you that are helping my channel grow..
Wow during my teen years I would help install pool tables for sears. Darn slate was heavy depending on the price of pool table and they were always upstairs. I enjoyed
It is amazing to see the diversity of projects that you make in your woodshop. From gigantic arches and log furniture to fine finished pool tables, thanks for letting us look over your shoulder to study how to tackle every step of the job.
We are a very diverse woodshop. Living in such a small town we have learned to tackle pretty much anything that comes through the doors. I can't even begin to count the different projects we've done since 1997 when we opened our doors.
Yeah, it's been a minute since I shot pool. Also when a customer pays the kind of $$ I get out of a pool table, got to easy on him. Thanks for watching
@@davidandjenniferhammond6203 it’s growing quickly. Just trying to see what people want to watch. I’d like to do one sawdust and one lugnut video a week. And get the same interaction with both. That’s my goal.
That looks fricking cool I hope you reached out to Harley’s public relations , to see if they want to be involved in your hard work and channel as your advertising for them In a superior way
Don't think you're making a big mistake putting the table next to that window. Cuz I've seen in the past anytime you put a pool table next to the window for a sliding glass door you can guarantee you somebody's going to knock a ball through it. You may say well I'm better than that I won't do it maybe you won't but the next guy will then again maybe you will. This is my opinion my opinion matters. Good luck. Yeah try playing pool 10 ft snooker table. With the regular sized balls. Talk about tight. I don't play snooker I hate the snooker game we play 9 ball and ten ball every weekend. Thank you that was pretty interesting. So you put it you did a better job of putting that felt them then the guys did it where I go play at. Is it supposed to be a high dollar quick speed felt but you can see the Staples in the pockets. Good job.🤜🏽💥🤛🏽🤘🏾😊😎🙋🏽♂️
I’d call a bunch of companies Clayton. Tools cars whoever Tell them you will build a table for free and give away if they support the channel or pay someway
I'd have to get rid of that distraction in the middle.. as cool at the personalization is for looks.. it's no good for play.. nice build though.. looks like you do some nice work..
@@SAWDUSTLUGNUTS understood.. And the client gets what the client wants.. Lol.. Most of the time.. Some good looking tables you have built.. Nice craftsmanship.. I couldn't imagine using it for this application.. Like you said... The dust and then drying time involved... The wax is so much better.. Thanks for sharing your handy work... Enjoy..

Thanks for watching. I’m toying with the idea of doing a John Deere felt with green accents.
WOW! Only done a few?! Very nice bit of "Wood Butchering", I'm A bit envious, didn't know ya could buy just the pieces... Thanx !
Thanks. I have built a couple dozen over the years. I buy used ones whenever I find them, and re-purpose them.

I probably should reach out to Harley Davidson. The cool thing about these custom felts, is the sky is the limit. You can get anything printed up.
Table looks great it's to bad that felt cost so much for crappie felt simonis 860 is the best for a great table good work thanks for sharing

This felt was quick, and I take extra caution when doing the pockets. I hope a ball doesn’t find the window. So far so good.
You tricked me Clayton
That’s not Harley Davidson lol
I built the Harley table as well. I didn’t want to spoil the kanab cowboy one, so I used the Harley table for a thumbnail.
