ive been a kiss fan since 1977..im 41 years old...and i love alot of kiss songs..but this song is my absolute fav.Paul Stanley is the most underated singer and songwriter in the history of rock-n-roll.In the end..its not about make-up..bombs...or 7in heels. Its about passion, and a hunger to be heard...God bless KISS,and God bless ROCK-N-ROLL....!!
Absolutely, to bad he didn't know when to hang it up. He's pushing now to the point for the all mighty dollar that he's going to be remembered for what is rather than what he was.
THAT.................WAS.................FUCKIN.........................AWESOME!!!!! Not sure I have ever heard KISS perform this one before, and it's definitely a favorite of mine. What a treasure this was :D
@@bearinthewoods3 Your comprehension skills aren't very strong. I said "I have never heard KISS perform this one before". I did NOT say, THIS IS KISS or anything resembling that LOL
God bless Paul Stanley, what a genuinely nice man he is. Agree with u dude, I have been a kiss fan since I was 10 years old, I will be 44 next week. Greetz
What are doing Paul with your voice? You are destroying the concert hall and breaking fan ears! What a booming performance and fantastic lyrics! Paul always awesome! He always give 100% of himself on stage! I suppose he was nearly 55 when he did this concert!
Was so EXCITED when he played this song at the show I attended in Orlando, FL at the HARD ROCK LIVE ..... he said "TONIGHT IS A NIGHT I CAN PLAY WHATEVER SONG I WANT...." KISS did NOT perform this song when I saw them in Minneapolis, MN on the LICK IT UP tour. One of my favorites....
He sounds better performing these live with his solo band than he does with KISS anymore..I think he hit his vocal stride in his late 40s or so, but it seems like he still has a special place for all these songs in his heart here..The songs that KISS seems to have forgotten about, the songs that got them through the 80s with arguably better musicians. Some may not agree with that but it's just an opinion. 82-91 were my favorite incarnations of KISS, Paul carried them then..it shows.
I don’t think it’s even arguable. The likes of Bruce Kulick, Eric Carr, Vinnie Vincent, and Mark St. John haven’t graced KISS since they either left or passed (R.I.P. the Fox). In all honesty, they all played circles around Ace, Peter, Tommy and Eric S. And I love all those guys, but 80’s and early 90’s KISS was just a different beast.
Baby Now that you've made up your mind I'm gonna let you go If that's what it takes to show love is blind I gave you the best love you ever had But it wasn't enough So if you think you're so smart Go and play with your heart When you walk out the door You'll realize what you never did before That's what it will be [(A million to one)] There's someone better than me [(A million to one)] No, you never will find [(A million to one)] Another love like mine Yeah, we chose our sides Ooh, and I've been misunderstood But everytime I try to open your eyes I'm damned and I'm no good Day after day, you're further away I can't take anymore So it's time that you go, but I want you to know I won't stand in your way Deep in my heart I know Girl, you're runnin' away That's what it will be [(A million to one)] There's someone better than me [(A million to one)] No, you never will find [(A million to one)] Another love like mine [(A million to one)] One of these days you'll come out of your haze No matter what you do It'll be too late, something good won't wait Love is runnin' out on you That's what it will be [(A million to one)] There's someone better than me [(A million to one)] No, you never will find [(A million to one)] Another love like mine Listen to your heart girl [(A million to one)] Oh [(A million to one)] No, you never will find [(A million to one)] Another love like mine No, you never will find [(A million to one)] Another love like mine [(A million to one)(A million to one)(A million to one)(A million to one)(A million to one)]
I just love the sound on this solo-tour. Sure, he had allready started to loose his voice. But at least he could handle it. And the songselections were great. Far from the mainstream, booooring set that Kiss have been bringing on the road for the last 10 years.
You guys know what ruined Paul's voice? Those long, yelling, screaming, between-song raps he started doing during the Reunion Tour. I wish he would've just talked like he always did before...
@glynnracing79 ...I really get tired of the whole gay thing....I don't judge people, what they do or don't do is none of my business I love Paul and Kiss for there talent and that after all these years these guys still Rock and put on a great show they actually entertain not just stand up there and sing.
One of the best rock n roll voices in the world...
There are a group of KISS songs (mostly Paul's) that _should_ have been HUGE! This is one a them. \m/

So right. To bad now in 2107 he's not doing nearly as well with his voice.
Absolutely, to bad he didn't know when to hang it up. He's pushing now to the point for the all mighty dollar that he's going to be remembered for what is rather than what he was.
Best song on Lick It. Paulie just owns the vocal, and the melodies are sublime.
THAT.................WAS.................FUCKIN.........................AWESOME!!!!! Not sure I have ever heard KISS perform this one before, and it's definitely a favorite of mine. What a treasure this was :D
That isn't KISS ya genius...it is Paul's solo band

What a voice!
Any women who leave Paul Stanley would have to be crazy, a man with that kind of voice just make you weak in the knees..............
His women keep catching him sucking c*ck
I came back to comment again cause this song is in simplicity best ever! Great rock music, not just pop, this works!

Paul has so many beautiful songs. I'm glad that he sang these again.

Yeah he sounds great w this band. Still has his pipes hear too..
I wish I could like something twice.
This show is probably the best showcase of how awesome Paul is. Love it
WAS
The band is awesome. The drummer is badass.
A million to one btw... the best lyrics Paul's ever written. I just love the power of the whole thing!
Actually, I believe vinnie vincent wrote that song. I can't remember though
@@timhewitt46 Paul & Vinnie wrote it together. But I’m not shure who penned the lyrics to be honest
@@FilipRapp76 I believe Paul wrote lyrics. It goes right with I Still Love You from the previous album. Creatures Of The Night
@@joeyward5288 I agree. It’s really in Pauls style during that era
Paul Stanley is the Best !!
there aint nothing wrong with this mans voice, awsome as always,Keep on rocking Paul
This is from 2006 moron. Paul has had a bad voice for the last eleven years and lip synched all his songs live for two years.
SUPER .....EXCELLENT VOICE
Stunning.
I agree Paul is smokin Hot and just as talented he is a rock god!!!!!

Now that you've made up your mind
I'm gonna let you go
If that's what it takes to show love is blind
I gave you the best love you ever had
But it wasn't enough
So if you think you're so smart
Go and play with your heart
When you walk out the door
You'll realize what you never did before
That's what it will be
[(A million to one)] There's someone better than me
[(A million to one)] No, you never will find
[(A million to one)] Another love like mine
Yeah, we chose our sides
Ooh, and I've been misunderstood
But everytime I try to open your eyes
I'm damned and I'm no good
Day after day, you're further away
I can't take anymore
So it's time that you go, but I want you to know
I won't stand in your way
Deep in my heart I know
Girl, you're runnin' away
That's what it will be
[(A million to one)] There's someone better than me
[(A million to one)] No, you never will find
[(A million to one)] Another love like mine
[(A million to one)]
One of these days you'll come out of your haze
No matter what you do
It'll be too late, something good won't wait
Love is runnin' out on you
That's what it will be
[(A million to one)] There's someone better than me
[(A million to one)] No, you never will find
[(A million to one)] Another love like mine
Listen to your heart girl
[(A million to one)] Oh
[(A million to one)] No, you never will find
[(A million to one)] Another love like mine
No, you never will find
[(A million to one)] Another love like mine
[(A million to one)(A million to one)(A million to one)(A million to one)(A million to one)]
Great #PaulStanley song off of #LickitUp
Paul sounded great here! Had to struggle on the high notes, but still really good...
Agree. Age has caught up with him with his ability to hit and sustain high notes but his voice is still very powerful.
Awesome as ever...
No need to say any more than that?
@Ilovedthe70s76
I thought it was the song "nowhere to run".....
@Oliviaruth16 certainly not the only one !
Great tune, only missing "The Wiz" Vinnie Vincent on the solo
My favorite off of Lick it Up.
This song Paul wrote for Donna Dixon when he dated her
Donna left him for Dan Akroyd (?) from SNL
Whoa, for real?😃🤔😅😎
I just love the sound on this solo-tour. Sure, he had allready started to loose his voice. But at least he could handle it. And the songselections were great. Far from the mainstream, booooring set that Kiss have been bringing on the road for the last 10 years.
This is a really good band, Paul has with him...... Are they a real band or did Paul just put them together for this tour? Does anyone know......
They were the house band at the Rockstar INXS and Rockstar Supernova TV shows and he loved them
They also backed New Kids on the Block with Backstreet Boys tour in 2010.
Está versión les quedo con madre pero creo que con Vinnie sw hubiese escuchado mucho mejor
You guys know what ruined Paul's voice? Those long, yelling, screaming, between-song raps he started doing during the Reunion Tour. I wish he would've just talked like he always did before...
So true....now he resorts to lip syncing....what a shame
bollocks, the Sonic Boom tour was excellent
I kind of agree meanwhile these new things that they have been doing doesn't really scream kiss to me.
@glynnracing79 ...I really get tired of the whole gay thing....I don't judge people, what they do or don't do is none of my business I love Paul and Kiss for there talent and that after all these years these guys still Rock and put on a great show they actually entertain not just stand up there and sing.
Damm Lost his voice hasnt sounded the same since 2000
the solo wasn't as good as the original vv one
Does anyone else think this sounds like Alice Cooper's "poison" in the beginning?
obviously no
