I was sobbing from the 11th minute until Cornelia Street played overhead. The male staffs were crying during Viv's speech. All the players cried, even from Brighton. Witnessing Euro hero Beth Mead utterly shattered and Viv crumpled during her speech. ManCity gave their departed bouquets, Arsenal could at least give their own their flowers. I don't know how management sleep at night

Viv would have stayed with us and instead of leaving a legend she would have left a god. It makes zero football sense to not keep a world class player that when fit (which she seems to be getting back to) glides through games a cut above the rest. She made her family here and we didn't put our faith in her, disappointing by the club. She is loved throughout the football world not just Arsenal and this has tainted how others see us at how we'd treat a player who had 177 G/A in 173 app and won us so much!! Now she'll go to a direct rival and we'll never get her back.

She's had too many consecutive injuries. We should apply the same policy for the men's team with ESR, Partey and Jesus should their issues persist. We've had the experiences of Rosicky, Diaby and Wilshere. It's time for this kind of policy. Hard but fair.

It was very sad to see Viv leave but the it was not a surprise for me. We need a better pressing system to break down low blocs and after the ACL it would be unrealistic to expect her to go full steam every game. I am expecting us to bring in players who would be more suitable for the way we going to play next season.

I will understand why Jonas changed Viv's position. Watch her go sign elsewhere and play as a striker. This will come back to haunt Arsenal's ambitions. Jonas should be fired next season if he fails to win the League. Emma Hayes is gone now he has no excuses left. He has been average since being appointed as Arsenal's women's manager.
