I wasn't remotely aware such a product existed. Thanks!

They have quite a few products that work very well on plastics. Here a link to a much more involved repair. ua-cam.com/video/n6iRVleWSjY/v-deo.htmlsi=4oU4o6gg0xOXcnoh

Hey bald Eagle..my brothers son hit a tree with his john deere tractor it's a big one..he went and bought a new hood for it and it was almost 500.00 ..i wanted to install it for him but he beat me to it..he over tightened two of the bolts and cracked it..i fiber glassed it and it held well..hid son the one that wrecked it leaned on and it broke really bad.. I'm going to try and save it for him but his son needs to stay away from it..the tractor cost him over 3,000,00 thats a lot of money ..i would love to try this prouduct but i have fiber glass i know how to use it and it seems to work well..see you on the next one Cheers 🍻🍻🍻🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸

I have another video that goes into much more detail on a larger repairs that is designed for plastics and works much better than fiberglass. Fiberglass will separate from the plastic over time. Here’s a link to the video. Let me know if you have any questions after watching this. ua-cam.com/video/n6iRVleWSjY/v-deo.htmlsi=YN57FD2wON6nKPUB

I’ve been using 2 part putty sticks for some minor repairs,
but anything that smokes while it’s curing is always better !

You can also use cigs ashes & super glue

Sure, It applies just as easily, but instead of a porous hard stone, you’ll get Plastix-27, a durable fiber-reinforced polymer that fuses itself to the surface. Check it out at shopUSA.Koverbond.com?ref=BALDEAGLE242!

It pretty much looks like the super glue and baking soda trick. Good video though. 🤔

I stumbled onto this guy over two years ago. He’s the expert when it comes to superglue and baking soda. He’s also experimented with corn starch. That said, I don’t remember if he’s used any other substrates. He’s done around 30 videos on this subject,
experimenting with many variations on how to use this technique.
