Acquired digital fibrokeratoma (ADFK) is a rare, benign, fibrous tumour that most often occurs on fingers. Depending on the location of origin, the lesion can also be named acquired peri-ungual fibrokeratoma or acquired subungual fibrokeratoma.
This is a video showing the surgical excision of a peri-ungual specimen.
