Hi, Cara. Thank you for your wonderful videos. My wife and I are curious about West Clay and Stonegate in Zionsville. We are planning a move out of Illinois and currently live in a similar planned community; we have to be on the west side to get back to Illinois frequently. You did a video a couple months ago with west side neighborhoods (Windmere, etc) but not one yet of West Clay or Stonegate. Do you like those neighborhoods? Stonegate seems super close to the interstates, but we are wondering if Whitestown and west Zionsville are sort of "truck stop" pass-throughs compared to actually being in Carmel. Hi! Village of West Clay and Stonegate are both excellent neighborhoods. I, in fact, have done a driving tour of West Clay. Unfortunately, I lost my original UA-cam channel when I switched brokerages. I recreated it a few months ago with whatever videos I was able to salvage.
