I just came back from New Orleans and fell in love with the city, and now voodoo has reached out and taken a hold, and I love these shows great job, please keep up the great work, and helping us folks to learn about the history and learn a little before we move there.
I feel so connected to Marie laveau for some reason .. I love your channel and spirt keep it up!
Hello, this is going to be a great video . Thank you.
I wish I lived in New Orleans. So much fun character there. Unique.
Love love love this!!!! Please keep this up!!!!!!!!
I guess the violent past of nola must contribute to it being haunted. For example I live less than ten miles away from culloden battle field where the jacobites fought the red coats and i can tell you that the violence has clung in the air. Culloden moore is such an eerie place anyway but when you consider that to this day tourists still can find bullets on the ground the energies attached to something that has sat in the same place for centuries must be very potent.
"Marie Laveau" is a song from the 1940'2 19402 recorded in 1952 by Papa Celestine. I thought it was written inside the video notes somewhere- sorry. Off to the graveyard
BloodyMaryNewOrleans Do you have an email address I contact you with?
Why is new orleans so haunted I wonder? It clearly is some kind of nexus? btw i LOVE that the spirits were also credited!
Thank you for sharing your wonderful breath taking relationships with us.

Where did you find the song for the intro???
Just curious, how long do you leave offerings when they're left indoors? Especially things that decay like food? And do you leave other objects, like the slippers and notes, permanently (or do you feel some are more permanent than others, like the shoes and potpourri?) Thank you, it was a great episode!
Some can be permanent and are meant to be. Other offerings of cooked food should try to go on altar for at least 24-48. depending on bug factor hours & then do NOT throw them out. put them at a tree in river, stream etc.Good luck
Thank you so much for your reply, good to know. Food seems to sit on our altar a few days and then I tend to get a feeling when the spirits are done with the offering and do just that (to leave it outside beneath a tree). One beloved dead wants coffee with cream and sugar, and that tends to get a bit "ripe" after a day or two of it sitting on the altar. I must say, interesting patterns do emerge from the cup when done. Many thanks, and look forward to your next episode :)
Hello Bloody Mary can you tell me what's the design on the door means. Blessed Be
