Drums Alive - Seniors Program at Addie Mills Centre

Drums Alive! Provided with an exercise ball, pair of drumsticks and a funky soundtrack, you’ll be led by a trained instructor to groove, bop and forget you are even exercising.

The City provides a variety of activities and events specifically designed for seniors (55+) who live in the City of Gosnells. These range from activities which aim to improve senior’s health and encourage active aging, provide opportunities to increase safety and security and to participate and be part of the community.
