Looks like a whole lot to go through for juice, I bet a portable generator is much easier and way cheaper than that setup. Let's be honest here, if that stuff wasn't given to you, would you spend the time and money on making it work, or would you just get a portable generator? Honestly?
We have portable generators. This has more on demand power than my Honda 2k and keeps up with the compressor and charging all the cordless tools framing on a sunny day. It runs the 16 5/16 beam saw the same or better than plugged into a wall outlet. Charging this with the little generator works awesome too. The gen never works hards, it just idles and sips fuel and the power station gives instant power when needed. I would love to have a couple more here on the ranch. I love that there isn’t fuel, oil or maintenance required. I was very skeptical and I’m not easily impressed, but so far this has exceeded expectations, honestly.
