Merry Christmas to you and all you love too. Enjoy your time away from editing videos and finding content. Thank you for having this Channel available. It's the only one of this type that I am aware of.
Merry Christmas Will to you and your family. I remember watching the Pageant as an excited 4 yr old in the late 60s. The John Martin's Christmas Pageant. The old 1933 footage was wonderful. See you in 2023 ❤️🧡🌲💐❣️
Merry Christmas Will and once again thanks for the memories. Dear ole Johnnies, a time when retail stores were wonderful places to visit. My kids (4) would watch the pageant on tv and have to admit, me getting all emotional when Santa arrived lol...must be the perennial kid in me.
Oh wow now your bringing back memories. I remember that grumpy old school headmaster at 3.15 lol. I remember one year in the 80s my girlfriend and I watched the pageant and then followed it back to Johnnies and watched Farther Christmas get off his float. And the band playing Christmas songs wow good old days. Thanks again for all your hard work mate for bringing back so many wonderful memories great job.🎅🏻🎄🎄🎄🎄🎁🎁🍗🍗🍤🍤🥧🥧🍖🍖And my wife and I wish you and your family a very merry Christmas and a very successful and happy new year.👍🏻
Merry Christmas from Adelaide. All the best to you and your family. If it wasn't for your channel I would have no idea what Adelaide was like. I'm originally from Victoria.
@@elizabeththatwas We were on our way to Western Australia. Then we stayed at the new caravan park on the Highway. Then it was rumoured there was going to be a "flood" coming from the South. Then there was 100's of cars heading out of Adelaide. We stayed at the caravan park. We have been here ever since.
Yes, I know. Would never have been included if it was modern footage. But, as this is a history channel, I felt it was okay. I actually edited out some footage as there would have been much more of that. It was a different time - shows how much we have grown and evolved that this would no longer be considered, let alone thought of
@@elizabeththatwas true just like the Gollywog Arnott's biscuits.I thought it was amusing as we didn't know better. But then the 70s were filled with racism and us "wogs" just took it.
Now it's reverse racism these days ..you can get called a white c#.. and nothing will happen..say it the other way and bingo ..definitely voting NO against a racist voice into parliament. Can't divide us by race anymore .albo is a fool
